I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage! Ramona was amazing — super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the whole process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the perfect unit for my needs. It’s rare to get customer service that feels genuinely caring, but she went above and beyond.

20 stars if I could! Ramona went above and beyond to make a crazy move tolerable. She had great tips and did what she could to make the transition easier.

i love coming here, I met keymahj and he has been one of the best customer service workers there making me feel welcomed everytime i come, eveytime i call hes been nothing but respectfull and kind everytime !! hes my guy and is great at his job
