Exxon offers a store with a good variety of items needed, including great tacos that a lady makes fresh while you wait. The clerk grinds beans before brewing coffee, which is good. However, some pumps are frozen or have technical issues, affecting about one‑third of the pumps. The location is very busy and hard to navigate, not the cleanest, and air service costs money, unlike the free air in Indianapolis.
This unassuming gas station was used for filming the movie Reality Bites. The characters danced in this store to the song My Sharona by The Knack. On my visit, we enjoyed dancing to the song and buying an Evian water, which is naive spelled backwards. One of Houston's greatest landmarks.

? This is a run-of-the-mill Exxon. ? A couple of the pumps were frozen or experiencing technical issues, which is a problem since that's 1/3 of their pumps.
