Don’t advertise as 24/7 and then ignore customers at the door. 11:50pm on a Sunday night and I needed cash. Don’t stop as woman to be rejected outside with homeless people near the window she wants to talk out of.

They played me out of my gas, my car, my life and hope all by saying if you don't report us we get it fixed just show payments. Once you find the money, time and other transportation to get it done then you get a response from the insurance adjusters stating that you are denied cause it's not covered please.... everyone got some type of water damage and you should have been done your part.

Horrible and doesn't even take accountability for there faults seem that owner throws everything on Dave (he is a great worker) and his bad faith insurance representatives.

Got gas from this place and it was contaminated. Currently going back and forth with insurance to get my car fixed. Never going again. Literally just got this car. Sucks because I’m new to Houston and didn’t know this was a bad area.

Restrooms out of service. Getting gas was pointless should’ve gone down the road to another station.

This is not my regular Exxon location, but I needed gas in a hurry. Although it’s located in a rough part of town, it was CLEAN, and nobody approached me asking for money , or for a cigarette or food, or to pump my gas. (Thank God). I was pleasantly surprised. There were 2 things that could have been better: (1) the gas pumped SUPER SLOW, and (2) the pump did NOT stop when the tank became full. A few cents a gas spilled out into the ground. I haven’t seen that happen in years. Might be a way for them to get a few extra cents out of me/us…but on the other hand, I don’t think many people fill up at this location because all the pumps around me were on $10.00.
Would I stop here again? If in urgent need…YES, but I won’t fill up. I’ll just put enough in until I get to my usual Exxon location on my side of town.
