This is a long review Went to this gas station on the other side of town because my daughters car broke down. I purchased some jumper cables but before I made It back to the pump then tow man called me so I tried to return: Adam said he didn’t know how to do returns and to come back tomorrow. I told him I don’t live on this side of town. After arguing for about 10 minutes he finally called someone to help him. They then told him to Exchange only which I advise them nowhere in their store. Does it say that they do not do returns and that it’s not exchange only and I want my money back she refused and told him don’t worry about it the night will go on and hung up the phone. Her name was either Angela or Ali. He gave me two different names. By law, if you do not offer exchanges, it Hass to be posted you don’t get to decide what you want to allow and what you don’t want to allow when you feel like it. Nowhere in the store or on my receipt, does it say that I cannot Get a refund. No answer when I tried to speak with the owner Ali either

I went to this location to redeem my $5 rewards before it expired today. The reward needed to be scanned to be utilized, but location didn’t have a scanner and the cashier was rude & not knowledgeable about how to do so. Therefore, I was urged to pay for my gas without my reward. With the expensive gas prices, I am very disappointed I was not able to use my points. After all, I use Exxon only because of their amazing rewards program.
