Today is July 8th 2025!! I spent $13 here and these people wouldn't even let me get some ice in my cup. A $1 for ice you got to be crazy!!

Omg this is like the most horrible Exxon I have have ever sopped at. From not been able to get in the gas station, to the customer service to paying for gas and not being able to use the restroom. Came in today since I am traveling and this Exxon is right off the highway which is nice because you can get right back on the Highway. The door was was locked outside and I had to ring the door a few times until me and a few customers could get in. There is no notification stating please ring bell to get in or push the button nothing.. just stand there and wait until they unlock it and you can get in. After me and a few customers got in the store is very small and the rest rooms are locked. As a paying customer you should be able to access the restroom not sure why they are locked. After I paid for my gas I asked the gentleman can I please use the restroom?? .He said NO you have to wait 4hrs chemicals in there. Not only was he rude and yelled NO one can us it but he could of said it in a different tone. I will not be stopping a this Exxon again very disappointed. The customer service here is horrible I pumped my gas and left.

During my recent visit, I encountered a few issues that detracted from my experience. I was disappointed to find the gas pumps were not in service. Additionally, there was a fee to use the restroom, which seemed unusual. I also noticed the restroom door did not close properly, raising privacy concerns. I hope these matters can be addressed for the comfort and convenience of future customers.

Rude lady works here. I asked for a napkin or a paper towel for my gum. Wouldn't even give me a napkin for my gum as she told me the napkin she had was for her. She asked what I needed it for, so I pointed to her mouth as she smacked on her own chewing gum like an ignorant teen.
