The WORST CASHIERS AND GAS STATION OF ALL HOUSTON.
I have gone in various occasions because is close to my job and the cashiers DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE MACHINE AND ARE TOTAL DISRESPECTFUL.
Today my card go blocked from the bank again only for THIS month at this gas station. I told the cashier and I was really kind the first time this happened a few weeks back. I used 3 card and all of them were BLOCK. That time I ask her if she tried it multiple times if they were going to be block and she said “ of course not”… I left with 3 credit/debits cards BLOCK. I had no gas and no debit cards or credit cards on my way home. IT WAS A MIRACLE I GOT HOME SAFE. Today the same thing happened 10 minutes ago and I told them “ this keeps happening forget it, thank you” and they started LAUGHING. I don’t even know how I am getting home with my cards blocked (again) and no gas. Cashiers could definitely have showed a once of empathy and kindness. To service is LITERALLY PART OF THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO.

A bag of Takis here used to be 4.49. It sells at Walmart for 3.49. I understand profit margins are important, but there's no reason it should be 5.99 now. Greedy owners with no respect for the community. And they don't even bother to price their items. You waste your time walking up to the counter and getting turned away. A sign of mediocre customer care as well.

I been coming here almost every other day ever since they opened this location. Lately, the skinny young male Hispanic attendant that works in the PM and throughout the middle of the night is always locking the doors and claiming that they’re closed while he sits in the front and on his phone. I’ve had 5 different occasions in which I had passed by in the evening and the doors were locked. I had no other choice but to leave and go elsewhere. A couple of times I went to the side window and he just waved and shooed me away while he sits on his phone inside. Each time I came he sent other potential customers away. I would go to a different gas station but I’ve been coming here for years and never had issues plus I live down the street. I’m just so over it.
