This location will close at any time before 12am. Arrived at 11:43pm clearly visible wanting to enter along with 3 others potential customers. We were met with the gates closing to our literal faces. Bad practice. Reserve your business continue down Bellaire there's more stations.

Continues in decline of customer service & overall decency. For instance the neglect of a simple request for a free plastic bag. Try and ask for a bigger size even if you purchase small items . This employee is a factor like he wants a caste system in America, we have respect and democracy here

The store does the best it can for the location. It's in a bad area. The store is clean. I just wish women who use the restroom would respect it and stop treating it like it doesn't matter. Treat the place as if it was your bathroom at home.

If it were me I wouldn't give even a star. My husband went to go get some stuff from this specific store and he went to get some cigarettes and the cashier was asking for his ID. He showed it to him instead of giving it to him in his hand because come on we have to be careful due to covid. First off his gloves were filthy, He begins disrespecting him calling him nasty names, the nerve to have somebody like him hired and treating people like they aren't human.

Like Mr Miyagi famously said... Exxon... Exxoff. This is a wonderful Exxon station which we've been to on many occasions, and they're very friendly and they have some decent products, and the convenience store is good, even though they're obviously overpriced. One of the best things about them is that they have a fairly clean bathroom that's usually open, but lately it hasn't been open, and they've been locking it, and that wasn't for Coronavirus, only literally the last month, which is kind of annoying. Hopefully they'll fix that in the near future because to say I'm not a fan would be a massive understatement. They'd get 5 stars if the ban yo became available again.
