⭐️ Unfortunate Experience with EZ Keys Auto
I’ve had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with EZ Keys Auto. Initially, the process seemed smooth, but after purchasing a vehicle, multiple issues came up that were never disclosed during the sale. The car has had several mechanical problems, and despite reaching out to the dealership for support, I’ve gotten little to no help in resolving these issues.
On top of that, communication has been extremely poor. Calls and messages have gone unanswered for days, and when I do manage to get in touch, I receive vague answers or promises that aren’t kept. I’ve escalated the issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and even reached out to a local news channel to report the dealership’s lack of accountability.
I’m sharing this review so others can be aware and cautious when considering purchasing a vehicle from EZ Keys Auto. Pics attached are coolant just pouring out of the vehicle.

Man when you go into easy keys, ask them for DYREE! THE BOY KNOWS HOW TO DO BUSINESS AND KEEP YOU COMING BACK!!! SO FAR EASY KEYS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO FIRST!!!

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy from here! The entire place is unprofessional. The front desk people are extremely rude especially Gabby, and they're not willing to help if you may have an unforeseen circumstance that may require your payment to be late. They will shut your car off immediately. I had a service needed for my car before I left the lot it took almost 3 months for them to fix it after I was calling multiple times a day, and I kept getting the run around about it. They can't fix your car in a timely manner, but will shut your car off if it's a day late! It's hard to get in touch with anyone, and they don't even have an online system to make payments. You have to call in or go in person which is a huge inconvenience especially when they barely answer the phone but will turn your car off. I wish I had did more research, but at the time I just needed a vehicle quickly. If I can help someone in the future to save time, money, and frustration please read this. Go to a legit dealership because this place is AWFUL RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

BEWARE!!
They deserve 0 stars. When I arrived at this dealership I was already set on purchasing a small SUV. The salesman Dyree that went by Dee helped and let me look at a few cars. I test drove both cars I looked at for about 15 mins. Neither showed any signs of any problems while driving. I was set on a Jeep Compass but Dee kept insisting for me to get a Nissan Altima. After going over prices I settled and I made a purchase on 6/19/2024 for a 2019 Nissan Altima from EZ Keys Autos. The down payment was $3000. I was told to come back the next day after to get an oil change for the car because they had to order the oil for the car. On my way up to the establishment the car completely cut off and stopped in traffic. When I tried to start again the car it started shaking. There was someone nice enough to push the car out of the road for me. I believe was sold a car with transmission issues or electrical damage. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. When I called the place I was put on hold twice and sent to voicemail by Gabby who was very rude and condescending. They are FRAUDS!! I asked for my money back they completely said no even after only having the car for less than 24 hours, There’s wasn’t anything they were willing to him me with. They aren’t worth it.
