EZ Rollers is a small, clean shop that is well stocked with a great variety of smoke-related items. It is not too big and not too little, offering a decent amount of products without being overwhelming. The store has very good prices, which is a key feature for many customers. The staff is consistently friendly, quick, and helpful, making sure everyone is taken care of even when busy. Employees are known for being very personal and involved, making customers feel like they are the only one that matters. They offer excellent assistance, provide plenty of information on products, and are good at making selections and suggestions. Many customers have been coming for years and highly recommend it as a go-to place.
Best smoke shop in Houston. The owner was so nice and gave me a great deal bc he didn’t want me to walk out empty handed. Very loving and caring, family owned business. Felt like home.
