TERRIBLE SERVICE , I came by the other day and their rep Johnathan treated me horribly , I understand sometimes people have bad days but he had an attitude from the get go and it seemed like he didn’t want to help out, I picked out an item I knew what I came for and I was not at all disrespectful he wanted to charge me more than what the actual price was on the tag that is put by them, I didn’t even try to haggle and he said on his system it said it was more but that can’t be true because why would it have a set price on the shelve? I know how pawn shops work and they’re used to costumers haggling but I did not do that and he wanted to charge me 50 dollars more than what the price said. This place is either running a scam lying to costumers so they pay even more than the already marked up price or this rep is stealing from them. The entire time he had a bad attitude so I would recommend visiting other shops

Chris is my go to worker at this store, dude goes out of his way to make chit happen for EZ Pawn.
Somebody throw this man a raise or a pizza party. He even denied a tip I was trying to sneak him bc I recognize and respect strong work ethic out of my guys too, “ it’s against policy”……….
I’m thinking this guy rt here lol.
Anyways holler at Chris if you are looking for a fair deal and willing to take his time with answer demanding type customer like me.
IK I’m a pain in the ……..but I didn’t want his effect unappreciated

Terrible, me and my dad stood around by the register, by the front door ..shoot , by every area waiting to be helped. It. As so bad that I had to make sure I was at the right Ez pawn...sure enough it as the right ez pawn, but definitely friends and family making the reviews look good every 6 months. Nothing of their service mirrored anything close to any review that has been posted on their behalf.
