You failed to disclose that payments made over the phone do not apply toward the loan balance. I have been making monthly payments on my items, only to find out that none of that money was credited toward my loan. That is unacceptable.
I recently separated from the military and have been struggling to manage financially, which is the reason I pawned my belongings in the first place. Now my valuables are accruing interest on top of interest, and the payments I’ve been making have essentially gone toward nothing.
I am a struggling parent, and what should have been a $700 payoff has now increased to $1,001. This feels deceptive and unethical. I trusted that my payments were being applied properly, and instead it appears I’ve been taken advantage of during a difficult time.
This situation needs to be addressed immediately.

Kaylin the old lady who sounds and looks like a 60 yr old man is very disrespectful and not nice to the customer at all. She should be fired. She didnt even bother to help me or take a look at my items I brought in. Horrible customer service and such an ugly look on the company.
