Thomas is literally an amazing person, he is understanding. Always patient and great energy. The manger Ms. Nora is the super store mom. She is very welcoming.

I was reading various reviews and tried other shops. I am so glad I stopped in today. The shop is exceptionally clean and organized, not at all like the others. Nora and the manager, Manual, are amazing. They strive to provide the best customer service and sincerely gave me the best possible offer. By far, this is my favorite shop in Houston.

The only pawn shop I will be going to now! The staff is very friendly and welcoming As soon as I came in they helped me! I would only recommend this location if you need professional and friendly help from these amazing guys!
