I called to see if they had a specific piece of jewelry in stock before I made the drive and the lady who answered what’s not helpful at all. I’m looking for a certain pendant and all she said was “I don’t know we have a lot of pendants” so I told her I just wanted to confirm before driving there since I’m calling pawn shops all over the Houston area and she said “like I said, I don’t know, we have a lot of pendants”….. if you don’t like your job you should just find a new one.
