worst pawnshop in houston, i bought a gold ring with a missing diamond, and didnt want to return my money anymore, dont ever buy from this place, its garbage!!!

Pawned a very expensive console, ended up being late on an extension payment by ONE day so they decided to trash the original box it came in and list it for sale without even once giving some sort of courtesy call. Had to go in and put it on layaway weeks ago, just got it now and these clowns slapped one of those VERY glued-on stickers that leave residue right on top. Now I have to figure out how to get it off without causing further damage. They didn’t even bother to wrap the entire console, all that was wrapped together were the cords and controller so now it also needs taken apart to thoroughly clean the dust. This place is ridiculous and has ZERO sense of humanity nor morality. They wouldn’t even come down on the price from the damage THEY caused, if that doesn’t speak volumes on their practices and business ethics I don’t know what will. Stay away from here unless you want damaged goods!

Terrible customer service!! Don't recommend this location!! Tye, was extremely rude when I tried selling my designer items today. She claimed the items looked extremely new and demanded to see a receipt. I showed her the receipt with no problem which I had the items for a year.Tried negotiating and she rudely refused claiming it was the highest she could offer. I declined offer and gladly took my items to another nearby professional friendly Pawn shop and sold my 3 items with no problem. I even told them I had a receipt and they said they didn't need to see it. I even got the money I asked for that this terrible location refused to negotiate on in the beginning and I showed my purchase receipt. I've read the reviews for this pawn shop location and see there's a history of terrible customer service period especially with Tye. Something definitely needs done. Please don't settle for the low offers they try giving you upon negotiating. Take your items elsewhere. Definitely not worth dealing with their rude attitudes and unprofessionalism.

From the very beginning, I experienced unprofessional and discourteous treatment by a staff member a Black female employee who has consistently displayed rude behavior during my visits. When I initially came in to pawn my designer purse, another representative offered me a fair price. However, the manager intervened, searched the system for a lower-value comparison, and ultimately gave me a much lower offer. Despite my frustration, I accepted the amount.
My pawn was due four days ago. In the past, I’ve done frequent business at this location and typically receive a courtesy call before an item is pulled. This time, I received no such communication and have now been told that the manager (the angry black woman) has already pulled my purse. This raises serious concerns for me, as it feels targeted and intentional—especially given her previous attitude and behavior.i wouldn’t advise anyone to lawn here! They are predators! And I have reached out to corporate but no response

They really got to explain things to customers. I liked an item and didn't want to take it right now but when I look at the receipt the manager gave me, they charged me to put an item on Layaway. That blew my mind, they got to inform you of things like this, if I charge extra for something I would let the customer know, I'm a manager too and I know I explain things to my customer especially if they have an extra fee for something. In the end Layaway is pointless with this pawn shop

Went into the store on westheimer 77077 Hispanic male had a horrible attitude had to leave and go somewhere else and by the way he told my jewelry was fake but Bayou pawn down the street took and said it was not
