purchased a telescope from this store, and when I got it, I realized it was missing a required lens. They asked me to wait while they looked for it. I waited for over an hour, but they were unable to find it.
The staff then told me they would keep the telescope, search for the missing lens, and contact me the following week. I agreed and trusted them. However, they never called. A full month passed with no communication from the store.
When I finally called to follow up, I was told they still had not found the lens and that they had sold my telescope. Before I could ask for an explanation or a solution, the employee hung up the phone on me.

Great location to shop at with great prices! All of the employees are very nice and kind with excellent customer service! You’re greated soon as you walk in which makes you feel super welcomed! Will continue to take my business here at this particular location any day over the others!

I like this pawn shop but they have one lady from long I don’t know why they keep worst costumer service employees this lady name Martha always rude and so mean she act likes she owns the place she always telling she has money and people only come here because they need the money I don’t come here anymore because she’s always rude and so evil person one time she talked to a family member that came here and I saw few time she’s need rude to other couple people hopefully they let her go because she’s isn’t a good person at all

The staff was nice but they shorted me $30. They told me $13,000 at first, then told me $11,400 to pawn my items. I agreed. Had me sign. Gave me $10,650. I signed trusting their count (won’t do again), but they shorted me on payout for my items. But the staff was kind and really nice, but too many people handling the money. At first when I called back and told them they shorted me $750. The bank told me I was short and I only had 10,650, not $11,400. I’m missing $750. I called them and the manager disagreed and said everyone counted the money in front of me so there’s no way they shorted me that amount. I asked her to please balance her drawer, she gave me $720 back and apologized to me. But still $30 short. I’m sure whomever was $30 over on their drawer that day, has my money.

Avoid this specific location at all costs. The staff here are not properly trained in their own policies and lie to you just to sell an item and then avoid responsibility for their own misrepresentations.
Skip this location and go to the one down 1960, much more well versed staff work there.
