They change the prices in your face!!!! If the customer service see a cheaper price they tells you is not the right price just for buy for them and resale at the store… Completely Scamers

My fiance is an assistant GM at another ex pawn, so I know how the operation is supposed to work. I went to this store to purchase a tool. It took 30 minutes to even be waited on. And when someone did decide to speak to me, I was told to get in line at the counter with 3 to 4 employees standing around talking. . Customer service is very poor at this establishment.

Went in to get a quote for loan and monthly Interest amount on jewelry separately . I explained why and that I would not be putting every piece of jewelry in loan. I literally explained all in detail this multiple times. In the end she gets aggravated because she now has she has to delete other jewelry out of the system and still couldn’t tell me the interest amount on one piece of jewelry. Over an hour with nothing done. I took my jewelry and left.

You know these people are great, I always have a wonderful experience shopping and pawning. A lot of these low stars are just probably some cry babies that didn't get their way, like come on it a pawn shop. These people go out of their ways to help you. I know when I was struggling they were able to help me out when no one else took a chance.

Took a video of employees talking real badly about customers today on June 25th around , one bigger latina woman and one with curly hair, and one big man. Around 1:20pm. Hopefully something is done about this, also policies seem to change on a whim. I went in there a few days ago trying to sell an iPhone 11 and then they tell me today “We only take 14 and up”… yeah right. Doesn’t make sense that these workers would be classist towards customers considering they’re working at a PAWN SHOP.

If I could add a zero I would I spoke to some male that was very rude and told me the place doesn’t take subwoofer speakers no amps or anything ?? I went to another place and they offered me 175 for all of them..
