This is one of the most disorganized stores I've ever been to. The line was ridiculous and long and the the store was very out of order.

I went to Burlington Coat Factory two of them and guess what they don't sell coats no more they need to take the sign down saying Burlington Coat Factory and put a sign up Burlington everything else but coats. Very disappointing.

This store is a hot mess. Nothing is organized, so it's almost impossible to find anything you are looking for in a timely manner. I am well aware that all locations are not created equal. Still, I don't see myself coming here again. It looks like a "hoarders paradise." Not my style.

This place had a group of almost 20 people stand huddled in a group locked inside while they refused to open the doors to the rest of the mall 10 minutes beyond opening time. I noted countless photos and videos of the event, while several customers became frustrated and requested that they open the doors, the cashiers responded with attitude and did not open the doors for another 5 minutes.

I was so disappointed that a customer was in the store with noooo.. mask on. I literally saw her daughter bring her one. This should have not occured.Such a big disappointment

It's so sad seeing people talk about "this part of town". Yeah, I have jokes too but this is where I'm from. I never need help or need to hassle people, I just get what I need and go... and I've found a lot of nice stuff here you just have to look. In my opinion every Burlington coat factory in the world is for cheap people so please don't make fun of my hood.. you shop at one.
