My daughter has been going there for about a month. She is in the toddler section and not 2 yet, but almost there; their work with her has helped get her out of her shell. She is expressive in her way and is learning every day something new. She loves her teacher, Mrs. Juanita. I have no issues so far. I'll update if anything changes. The director is very quick to solve my concerns.

Terrible teaching staff once kids leave 3rd grade. Ms. Gracie is amazing, my daughter barely had issues but after that its terrible. Ms.Taress is a quiet psycho. My child has said she has touched (hit and bent her hand) her twice n one other incident where my daughter slept too long and her sleeping pattern was off that day. The director is great but too comfortable and when shes not there the staff are rude and lazy. I witness one teacher put her hand in a child face to stop a student from walking past her.Don’t recommend if you have an active child or a child with a disability. The worst daycare under the kinder umberalla. A few good staff such as ms Bianca and michelle but overall ghetto.this is the third incident with Ms.Taress. When u speak up they start trying to “document” your child after the fact. I came here due to loving the staff at the Mocity location but its nothing like it here. Again great director but the attitude dont wanna deal with children attitude is the culture here.

If i can give this center no Stars i would. This is the worst over ratted place ever! My kids have been emotionality dramatized and treated inhumane. The director allows the staff to run all over her. MY kids have witnessed kids getting Physically attacked by staff, and these teachers are still there till this day. Teachers walk around saying i hate my job i need to quit, they need to get fired ETC...I have Video proof!!! i feel really sorry for the kids who are Disabled and cant speak for them self! this place needs new staff all around!!

My daughter loved this place. All of the teachers that I met were very nice and upfront. My daughter took a liking to everyone and that's saying a lot because my baby normally doesn't like people. Now the only downfall is that the tuition is expensive, over $1000/m, but you get what you pay for. I'd rather be safe than sorry when it comes to childcare.

Everything about the teachers and the facility here is wonderful. I know my child is safe with them, and not only is my child safe, but my child is also THRIVING! My child went from just being watched to learning and making friends. We went from being afraid to sit on the potty to using it on a regular basis. I cannot say enough good things about this center. Everyone is always welcoming, kind, and make my child feel safe and loved.

Bus #22214 the driver was messing with her phone the whole time I was driving next to her and yes there was kids on board!. If my kids were on this bus I would have been upset!

This was my daughters first daycare , and let me tell you they are AMAZING !! Ms. B is an amazing infant teacher , my daughter learned soo much being here , the menu for lunch and snacks are amazing as well so sad she had to leave . Only reason she is leaving is because I moved to the other side of town and traffic sucks during the time I get off !! Thank you guys for being an amazing daycare You guys will be missed

This particular location is truly a hidden gem. The staff there has been great with communicating, comforting my daughter during her transition there and they truly love what they do.

All my kids have been daycare babies. My children are 14, 11 and 3. My 14 and 11 year old no longer attend Kindercare, however, it has been a blessing to have the same teachers watch over my 3 year old. I love how they have a curriculum and actually teach my children. And there new Kindercare app makes it easier to be in touch with the teacher.Love it!

I love them. They are very caring. Ms. Delicia, Ms. Kim and Ms. Michelle and Ms. Booker are my favorites! My son can be very difficult at times and they worked with me through a lot of eventful things in ours lives. They have been a blessing!Charita Santiago

Fairbanks Kindercare has been a wonderful experience for my child and myself as a parent. Highly recommended and wonderful educational coursework!! It's a great place for children and the teachers are wonderful. ?

We've been bringing our kid here since he was 8 weeks, and he'll be 4 soon. The teachers are amazing, and really love what they do. The director and assistant director are both super nice and willing to work through any issues you might have. Paying online is also great.

I've had my son attend this kindercare since age 3 he is now turning 7. We have had a wonderful experience with the staff throughout our time with the facility. I look forward to many more years. The entire staff has treated my son and myself with respect.I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for daycare services to check them out. Prices are reasonable, however safety is everything to me and this location is a safe environment.Best Regards,Toni M.

If you are looking for a center that will assure your child is well taken care of, well educated, enjoys learning and is safe, FAIRBANKS KINDERCARE is the place. Each of the staff members not only knows your child by name but also knows you! They provide respect, nurturing and instill accountability consistently. Great job!
