Amazing service! We were checked in to our room within 5 minutes. Nobody was sleeping inside our room like at the Marriott in Albion, Michigan! 5 stars!

Had a really great experience at this hotel. Checked in around 11:40pm, and the manager, Germine, was friendly and very helpful with explaining the airport shuttle and getting me and my sisters on the sign-up sheet. In the morning when I came down for the 5:30am shuttle to catch my 7:30am flight, there was some kind of issue with the shuttle not being there. Germine called a ride share for those waiting to ensure we got to the airport on time. He really went above and beyond - the Fairfield is lucky to have him!

Perfectly adequate airport-adjacent hotel. Rooms are somewhat small but comfortable enough, remember to call to get the airport shuttle to pick you up, and breakfast, while typical for a Fairfield Inn, is sufficiently edible to get your day started. And it's very affordable, so if you don't mind that it's a bit of a trek from the airport vs some of its slightly more convenient competitors, it's a solid choice.
Walkability: Not much to walk to around it.
Food and drinks: One restaurant nearby and that's about it.

Sept 18th-Sept 22nd of 2024 I stayed at the Fairfield Inn Houston Intercontinental Airport hotel. My sale representative Rubi, has been the best hostess I have ever had. It was my first experience setting up a group event. However, it was not just a group event it was a Marine Corps Reunion of guys I served with for over 40 years. The accommodation were spot on and the price was more than reasonable. The beds were comfortable as well the location was convenient for what we needed. Rubi made sure we had everything to make our Reunion rememberable. We will be making sure to use this hotel on our next visit to Houston.
There was on inconvenience in the Hotel that did not set well with my group and it was the most important thing. The Showers had some issues that the upper management needs to address asap. Next time we come we would like this taken care of, because it brought back old memories about cold showers in wartime. Other than that outstanding hospitality from the hotel crew and the excellent care from Rubi Leal. Weapons Company 3rd Battalion 9th Marines.
Rooms: A/C works great comfortably bed fridge , microwave everything you should have in a hotel.
Safety: Police was readily available.
Noteworthy details: Quiet location, breakfast was super and on point. Shuttle back and forth to airport was very convenient.

The staff was very friendly. The room was large, but sheets were a little sketchy.

Stayed one night during a layover at IAH (very convenient location). Arrived after midnight to very welcoming and helpful staff. Immediately recognized as a Bonvoy Gold member which was a nice touch. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was unremarkable: rubber omelets, sausage links, breads and yogurt. Shuttle to the airport was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Rubi and her team were fantastic to deal with! Pick-up from IAH was convenient and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was convenient location. The bed was comfortable and pillows were perfect. Older hotel and it has some quirky design but I actually really liked the room layout.
Things to work on.
The room was dim. The lighting was not working correctly and was not inviting.
The couch had stains that were questionable.
The room STUNK - like they had emptied an entire can of air freshener trying to cover up something.
Also, the parking lot forces you to walk in the middle of the parking lot because the sidewalk doesn’t go all the way around and there is only a few parking spots by the entrance so you have to walk in the driving area. I got there at 9pm, and had to park on the other side from the front desk and it’s not a great walking experience.
No one at the front desk and has to wait. No bell or other means to notify personnel a guest arrived.

Was barely here for 12 hours with the intention of sleeping close to the airport for a very early morning flight. I've stayed at Fairfield Inns before so had a certain expectation but this location fell short in terms of room quality/decor. You could tell this was an older property or well utilized because the furniture was dark and worn. Rooms definitely showed a bit of aging and were poorly lit. Size was ample - I had a 2 queen executive room. Front desk service was helpful - the hotel airport shuttle was very much appreciated!
FYI there is a small charge for parking onsite - it's nominal. I didn't stay long enough to experience the free breakfast as I was on the first shuttle out. I think the highlight is very much based on proximity to IAH - otherwise I would have no reason to stay here as there aren't any great food options nearby (other than fast food). There's essentially nothing to do close by so the main goal is to rest and onto your next destination. If that suits you, then I think this location is good enough.

Great staff, front desk personnel and great MGMT. I was stranded there during hurricane Beryl. They did their best to be exceptional for their guest.

The hotel is nice with good staff and comfort. Room is large and comfortable.
However, I'd expect the location would be easier to reach from airport, since it is named as an airport hotel. We asked the hotel for shuttle prior to our journey but did not receive any answer. Then we could only reach by taxi. The location is not good because it is neither close to airport, nor close to the closest town (Humble) , so for each access you need a taxi (or similar) . Hotel should provide at least shuttle from airport.
There was free breakfast but it is not served early. As an airport hotel, considering the early flights, breakfast should be served earlier.
