About Falcon Express West

Falcon Express West is a clean and neat store with awesome stuff members who do a great job. The night guy is very hard working, running all the way from the back and opening the door for customers. The environment is clean, with great food and drinks, and the customer service is A+. One beautiful girl provided the best service with a smiling face. However, the receipt machines on the gas stations need fixing, as they never work, causing inconvenience for those who need receipts for work. After a horrible storm, the pumps were super slow, but the helpful guys inside allowed pumping and paying after. The taqueria was super efficient with great customer service, making a stressful experience smooth.

    Falcon Express is the best Gas Station in NW Houston. Great gas prices, excellent customer service, awesome selection of drinks and products, and Cold beer.

    Music popping, clean very clean, fuel is not dirty, and Taco Fuego has the best breakfast tacos as early at 5.30am

    Store is always clean and nicely stocked.
    Sam the night time clerk is very helpful, courteous and attentive.
