Hi this is Favel Weston. I recently on April 1, 2025 Tuesday. The manager a dark skinned black man, asked me to put my personal shopping cart in the front of the store and use one of their shopping carts. There is nothing wrong with what he said. It is the way he said it. He was very hostile and very hateful and combative when he addressed me. His tone of voice was very disrespectful. He treated me like I was a criminal. When I asked him if I had made him angry he continued with with his verbal assault. He told me that all he did was ask me to put my personal shopping cart at the front of the store. It wasn't what he said, it was the hostility in the tone of his voice. I told him that. He then told me that all I should have said in response to his verbal assault was OK. I did say ok, and I did what he told me to do. He was still talking noise. He went to the back of the store muttering that I was trying to make more out of the situation than it was. I just didn't appreciate being treated like I was a criminal. I will never go back in this family dollar as long as I live. Maybe if he loses enough customers because of his poor and unprofessional treatment of them, the corporate office will replace him as the manager. He communicates with the customers as if he is operating from his house. Family Dollar is not his house, it is a place of business. He is supposed to be courteous and polite in his dealings with the customers. This is not his house, he should keep the hostility, combativeness, bad attitude, and hatefulness out of it. I will not go back in their again as long as he is the manager there

Who is managing this store. The little short manager is very rude to everybody. They smoke weed outside the store on their shift . The store is unorganized I need
to say more?fire these people and start fresh . I go to the store in Denver harbor and the store is neat and the staff is super friendly. This store is dark and unfriendly. This location needs to shut down or get new staff .

This is a very rough neighborhood in the inner city, when say this as a customer you don't expect great service you can say that's a stereotyping but at any rate after interacting with the employee Ree and kyshawn I want to commend these two folks for great customer service being polite patient and helpful. I still have hope and humanity and that the world will soon be caring again. Thank you for your wonderful customer service God bless you both.

Upon checking out the female cashier said let me call my baby let call my thug then stared at me in a threatening way as I left the store. Very creepy and I think her and the store are unsafe.

I guess I'm not the only one that has had a not so great experience here. I go here because it's close to home and in the neighborhood. But the cashier that worked Sunday morning06/04/23 is very Unprofessional/ No Customer Service Skills. No Hello No Thank You, I'm not there to make friends but Damn recognize your Customers!

The store is a lot more decent now new workers are decent respectful overall is cool when you stay in the area and don't want to go far.
