Came to the store today and is not even close to closing time. It’s like 40 minutes to closing time. The lady locked the door and then looked at the customers at the door and then walked away to the back and then she came back and seen that we were still standing there, and then she thought it smiling and went back to the back pinking around the corner, sad and when I got in my car and pulled off, she let someone else in and started smiling as I was leaving. This is sad and ridiculous.

I went into the store for a gift card and they didnt have it and it said to go up the front and they said that that it didnt say it very bad place dont shop here

They are so rude here. ( No Hello, then you ask a question & they rudely answer…it’s your JOB )
They are lazy. ( Didn’t answer ph , I’m dialing watching you ignore the call ) . That’s why I came In & their only maybe 4-5 ppl in the store.
They have stock everywhere (put it up).
Put up your cell phones & maybe just maybe TRY being helpful & nice .

I went in around 7 not knowing i was going to get insulted by an employee. I was shopping around and Fransisco( tall dark dude) started conversating with another customer next to me. ( Fransisco) stated to the other guy ( What do you think of her) talking about me cause im the only girl in the same lane as them and the other guy stated OH NO ESTA GORDITA.. ( Shes fat).. Keep in mind im 6 months pregnant and felt offended by them. So im already in line ready to pay and then Fransisco then comments again ( Te gustan las gorditas wey ) to the same customer and then he says no wey las Flacas ... I got really mad and left and left all my things in the counter not taking anything cause that guy Fransisco has no manners at all. Hes always getting into it with everyone ... Everytime i go its something different with him. He is not a good employee .. He needs to fix his nasty attitude ....

Horrible customer service! I went to return an item and was told the Manager was too busy to help me and to come back another day. Where they do that at? Totally unacceptable! I will not spend another dollar at Family Dollar!

This place needs to seriously replace their Credit debit card chip machine . It never works . It’s 2023 literally everyone has contactless payment but them! Such an inconvenience

They have improved this store a lot. Used to be very crowded in there but now it’s more spacious. Staff has improved but they do need security. Way too many people coming in and leaving with items in their hands, it makes your experience very scary.
