Terrible experience. They dont accept return and their excuse is you have to go to the same branch where its too far from us. But other shops like dollor tree or walmart accept any return from any branch!!!

I went there and bought goods and they over charged me. I didn’t say anything since no one really shops there, I hope that a change a collectible cause new tarrifs going to reduce traffic in the store

First time on this store and as soon as I walked in I felt uncomfortably cold. I rushed myself out of there and felt like they don’t want people to shop there or last long cause they have it extremely cold. I ask the cashier why they have it like that and got no good response. She mentioned I could complain if I wanted to but no solution will take place. I doubt I will stop by again if I need anything 😞

I wish I could rate a ZERO! There is NO dressing room. Purchased 6 pairs of pants to try on and return if they did not fit. Person checking me out made sure to be rude when she told me that the hangers MUST be returned, all tags attached and bring my receipt. DUH! As expected, 4 pairs did not fit. Went back to store within 1 hour. Person working who checked me out stated she "forgot" to tell me that I could NOT bring them back the same day. I had to wait a day per her manager. BULL! She supposedly called her manager and got an OK to take them back. I'm a grey haired 65 year old senior citizen. I could not believe the horrible customer service. Will NEVER shop here again!
