Just moved to the area and the 2 ladies that was working was so sweet and kind perfect customer service and the store was nice and clean. I wish I would have gotten their name but I will when I go back shopping!

Most of the items selling are expired. I suggest going to the one near la michoacana because they have more produce and it’s not expired and there’s AC. Most items you have to call an employee because of so much stealing.

Second time trying to order online. Both store hour listings on the app and google show close after 9 however my order seems to always be cancelled before then. Bet.

A young man with braids recently started working there. He is very rude and doesn't greet anyone or even speak to anyone during a transaction. I walked in to the store and he was on his phone talking to someone loudly about how it didn't matter if the person had diabetes, she still shouldn't have a body like that. This behavior with him is not new and I'm sure management knows but doesn't care. The prices on EVERY item I bought were incorrect but I just left because of the horrible service and lack of management.

I came to eat today at JCI and I was greeted and served by an amazing employee Mayra she was so sweet and made my order to perfection I hade the best meal I was so hungry and it brought me back to my childhood days! I will definitely come back to eat and see Mayra!!! She is the best I Love Her!!!

Closed early and and came over intercom saying for everyone to get out now at 9;50!Then came in on a different time n day and was questioned about my purchased items I was returning with my receipt hinting I got my receipt from the trash ! Then approached by the same lady that stated I got my receipt from the trash and wanted to search my purse hinting I was stealing! I have never felt so disrespected in a store in my life ! I will never be coming back here ever again !
