Not going all the way down on my rating due to the representative being professional and friendly.The process was a bit overly burdensome. Fill out a company information form. Not out of the ordinary however; the font size was humongous on the form and was an initial flag for me on location capability.The second form was a credit card authorization form. I’m sure this came about due to past negative experiences. The form really serves no viable purpose though. Even if filled out and signed, one could still contest charges for services not rendered if one was to be of the nefarious type.In any event, I opted to find another organization due to the process.Might have not been as opposed if the process was a bit more consumer friendly (e.g., digital with keyboard instead of hand writing). everything). It’s their business model and it is what it is.
