About a 45 minute wait and only one person was working at 9:30am on a Wednesday morning while I awaited to send a 2-day delivery envelope that needed to be received by Monday morning, but you know me, I'm risk-averse, and I wanted it delivered early so that it would be there on Monday even if everyone left the office at 2pm. Guess what?!? The service when it was my turn was impeccable!! She charged me exactly what the envelopes weighed, gave me a tracking number, and told me how to double check where it was en route. I was impressed. I may be back if needed but I'll know to have something to do on my phone while I wait. I was out of there within an hour, because you can't control who is line in front of you or how many employees are hired during the week. Thank you for on time delivery, FedEx!

I was very impressed with the service I received at FedEx Kinkos. The staff, Lisa and Ashley were friendly and helpful, and they were able to complete my project quickly and efficiently. The quality of the vinyl poster i ordered was excellent, and I was very happy with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend FedEx Kinkos on West Gray to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient copy shop!

Super nice staff, very helpful. They gave me a run through on how to use the laminating machine even though it's a self service one. Very friendly, quick, convenient.

I have been to this location 4 separate occasions (I'm part of a wine club that requires a signature so I have it delivered here) and the women working the desk are always so cheerful, friendly and helpful. I just want the business to know that the people you have working there have been consistently great to me and others.

When my printer died when I needed to print my tax forms, the nice folks at FedEx bailed me out. They completed the job in no time flat, and were so very nice when I dropped by to pick up the papers. Will toss my printer and just use them for now on.

Didn't realize that this location existed on West Gray. It's only been open about seven months and is in the shopping center with Bank of America and Urgent Care. I Came in to get a small project done for an upcoming interview. Arrived shortly after they had opened around 9:15am. The young lady who helped me was very attentive and friendly. She immediately got to work on what I had asked to be done and finished within 5 minutes (!!!). I was in and out in less than 10 min and I had gone in fully expecting to drop off the work and return later to pick it up. The price for the work was very reasonable as well. Based on my experience, I'd def recommend for any printing, binding, and/or project-related needs. Ask for Ashley, she is super helpful, friendly, and fast!

The store was clean and had everything I needed. Including space to organize my shipments. I had my hands full so having the working room in the store was lovely. Ashley was amazing. She greeted every customer as they came through the door. Ashley was extremely helpful and was one of the best fedex experiences I’ve had. I was dreading having to package and ship 7 parcels. But Ashley made it easy and fast. She was diligent, organized and professional. Very happy with my experience today!

A phenomenal job and shout out to Lisa! I had a print and lamination job ordered, however, the lamination machine was down. Rather than sending me to a different location, Lisa took the initiative to personally go to a different site to complete the job in the same day. Thank you again, Lisa!
