I stop by here a few times a week to drop off packages for my business. I was helped by Nancy today. She was not helpful at all. It seemed like she was having a bad day and taking it out on the customers. Unprofessional and uncalled for behavior.

Terrible experiencie. I came to deliver a package of small size and they could not do it because their (small) counter was full of packages and they could not place it there. They do not even have a storage room. I lost my time.

These people are awful! AT&T very clearly instructs me to take my equipment return to the store and they will pack and ship it but the dummies at the store refuse to pack and send it. This isn’t the first time they have given poor service. Go somewhere else!

Agree 100% with this review. I had to purchase my own tape to send the package.Bad customer service. Didn’t even have tape to close a box and not friendly either. You have a person behind the counter, at least have tape!

Don’t waste your time. They don’t even take all sized packages and no one there seems to really know what’s going on.Horrible customer service as well.
