You gotta wait for the photo guy to drop off something that’s already ready to drop off. A box would be more convenient, but at least it’s air conditioned.

If my pharmacy would use ANY OTHER carrier, maybe my medication will actually come in on time without being destroyed. Our poor pharmacy worked with FedEx extendedly over the phone trying to get this delivered on 8/25 (after they already failed to deliver). FedEx confirmed a second driver will do a second attempt the same day or next day. We waited all weekend....nothing. FedEx claimed they would try again on 8/28 (but still nothing). and there was no attempt until 8/29 when we had no clue they were even coming anymore. Even if the medication came today...my pharmacy confirmed the medication is "out of its cold window" and no longer viable. Sadly, this is NOT FedEx’s first time DESTROYING this crucial medication. The medication can no longer be used, FedEx has made me late (yet again) on administering this medication. Thank you FedEx for ALWAYS making the delivery experience extremely stressful….even after my pharmacy and I work so hard to communicate and work with your team…....when will it ever get better....???? Seriously.

This place is unlike a lot of mailing services. There was this Russian girl I think, apologies if she reads this and she's not russian. But she had a wonderful attitude and smiled and was very very helpful. There are the kinds of people that are helpful and then there are the kinds of people that go above and beyond. She is one of those people that goes above and beyond. Place is very clean too which I like. I'm not going to send my package off to somewhere if the place I'm sending it from is dirty. I'll just walk out. But I guess that's just me. I'll definitely be back here and forego other FedEx places because this one is probably the best one I've been to.
