About a 45 minute wait and only one person was working at 9:30am on a Wednesday morning while I awaited to send a 2-day delivery envelope that needed to be received by Monday morning, but you know me, I'm risk-averse, and I wanted it delivered early so that it would be there on Monday even if everyone left the office at 2pm. Guess what?!? The service when it was my turn was impeccable!! She charged me exactly what the envelopes weighed, gave me a tracking number, and told me how to double check where it was en route. I was impressed. I may be back if needed but I'll know to have something to do on my phone while I wait. I was out of there within an hour, because you can't control who is line in front of you or how many employees are hired during the week. Thank you for on time delivery, FedEx!

I have been to this location 4 separate occasions (I'm part of a wine club that requires a signature so I have it delivered here) and the women working the desk are always so cheerful, friendly and helpful. I just want the business to know that the people you have working there have been consistently great to me and others.

Didn't realize that this location existed on West Gray. It's only been open about seven months and is in the shopping center with Bank of America and Urgent Care. I Came in to get a small project done for an upcoming interview. Arrived shortly after they had opened around 9:15am. The young lady who helped me was very attentive and friendly. She immediately got to work on what I had asked to be done and finished within 5 minutes (!!!). I was in and out in less than 10 min and I had gone in fully expecting to drop off the work and return later to pick it up. The price for the work was very reasonable as well. Based on my experience, I'd def recommend for any printing, binding, and/or project-related needs. Ask for Ashley, she is super helpful, friendly, and fast!

Not a real full-service FedEx. It doesn’t even have a kiosk inside the store. Also, they have no supplies and you cannot use your Fedex account number to ship items.

I picked up a large box of metal dining chairs and the lady (who was twice my size) could hardly push the box out of the back room. I don’t fault her for that at all but after I kind of stood there for a moment I asked if they had something I could use (aka something they could use) to wheel the package out to my car and she said “uhh idk you can you get a cart from the front if you want” then walked away. Two other customers finally stopped and helped after watching me struggle with the package for a little bit. I get it... it’s my package so I guess I should have been more prepared but I thought it was incredibly rude.

This place is located inside of the Walgreens and you have to ask a person behind the regulator checkout counter to help you. Not very intuitive.
