I had a very time sensitive package that needed to be delivered overnight, and my customer paid $62.45 for this service. When I called customer service, I was told there was an issue with the label. When I went to the Walgreens FedEx OnSite location, the staff said everything looked fine, but the package never got picked up over the weekend and never left Houston to get to New York. This caused me significant stress and inconvenience. When I later took the package to an official FedEx location, it scanned and processed without any problem. I’m not sure what caused the delay, but I wanted to share my experience so others shipping urgent packages are aware.

Went here to drop off some FedEx packages and getting help was near impossible. After about 15minutrs I finally get someone and ask for fedex padded envelope and clear sleeve and they had neither. Didn't scan packages in. Don't waste your time, just go to Fedex Office.
