This shipment location has the worst delivery drivers! They have lied on three consecutive days that no one was home to receive or sign the package! Everyday someone has been home and to make it worse there was never any proof on my security cameras or ring door bell that any FED EX VAN, truck or employee can to my driveway or porch! Horrible customer service, horrible company and liars! Then they expected me to drive over 45 minutes to pick up a package I paid overnight shipping for!!!! Fed ex you should be ashamed!

The drivers can't read. They dropped my package in Dickinson when label said San Leon. My address doesn't exist in Dickinson so they picked a house and left it on the front porch. Fed Ex said not their problem.

The staff is what makes this place not a good site. You'd think they'd treat you better for bringing them business and going through them but no. No regard to good customer service and very rude as well.

This location most likely has bad employees who like to steal shipments. After dropping off a box of automotive parts to be shipped to a machine shop. My package was supposedly lost and I'm out on over 1500 in parts. The person at the counter wouldn't lift a finger to bother looking and could care less. I'm sure it's not the first time this happened at the Fuqua location

Terrible drivers. Didn't even attempt to get out of the truck. Reported that no one was here to take delivery. Liar then said tried to redeliver two hours later, but was never here according to security camera. Driver said that delivery area was unacceptable but I watched them deliver next door an hour later. Lazy driver. Use UPS or USPS instead of Fed Up.
