Very professional and well organizedChristina is extremely tech savvy, she easily helped me compile a zip file and even helped with the email and transfer.Thank you so much for caring about your customers. I went to several places for assistance prior to FedEx, to no avail. I was amazed that all these people working at all the other - similar places didn't know how to create zip files.

Came in , couldn't get my package because address didn't match, which is fine.But the lady became argumentative about it and had attitude. Little to no professionalism. Use any other fedex office if possible.

Went in for a simple job: I had four photo calendars that needed to be bound with the small plastic spiral. This is a job that takes a total of 5 to 8 minutes to complete, as I've been printing these calendars and having them bound for more than 15 years.I've had difficulty lately with other stores being able to complete my orders in the past. I came here to hopefully have a positive experience so that I wouldn't be searching for a location to bind my annual run of family photo calendars. Let's just say that I was more than disappointed.Arrived shortly after 10 AM. Multiple people in the store with only one employee. Granted, she worked tirelessly to attempt to take care of everyone in a timely manner, but it just wasn't possible: one overseas shipment; two people requested photo prints from their phones; a delivery of packages from the FedEx truck; a pick up of a previous order; a delivery of office supplies . . . it was way more than one person could handle efficiently. After waiting for 45 minutes, it was finally my turn. Multiple times during my wait I intended to leave, but kept thinking and hoping that I'd be assisted shortly. At some point I realized that I had invested enough time already so I might as well tough it out and continue waiting.Yes, it took only 8 minutes (I timed it) for her to bind my four calendars and ring up the sale. Then I see that because my full-service order was less than $50, I was charged a $2.50 surcharge. I almost choked!Not going to return, as I'm not about to engage in an endless loop of waiting again and then have a surcharge tacked onto my final cost.If you have a small job to complete, my advice would be to find a different location.

DONT COME HERE July 15 i came in 20 mins before closing was sent to the printer after i said i came into print okay no problem but i never received the confirmation code so i then ask if they can print it on their end she says "but you'll be charged $2.50" i said ok? lol guess they just weren't trying to work she gives me the email and while i send it attends to other people walking in. She comes and checks back on me 4 mins before closing after having a whole conversation laughing both employees comes back to me minutes before closing and says well we didn't get it while looking at a blank computer. I then say you can't refresh it? Because like the employees weren't even trying to help that's YOUR job ! It hits the minute they close she says "well you have to go we're closed now" honestly i feel it was a racial thing because i was there that whole time but the people that walked in looking nice had great service? But i get kicked out. Nice try that's not right as a business if a customer is inside before closing hours they must be attended to that's like going to a restaurant 20m before closing and in the middle of your meal they say "sorry u have to go we're closed". Anyway completely racist don't come here i promise there's a 100 other places that will be glad to help you

Really appreciated the help that Carmen provided, not sure if she's the Manager but she sure it friendly and very professional! She was quick to Acknowledge my presence and let me know she'd be right with me. She explained my options and helped me in a very efficient and effective manner, I felt welcome and she handled my Art prints in a very a-b way, no Hassles, I really felt Like she cared about my work which made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. Lol. As an artist you don't want someone to just treat you like a number, you know what I mean? ;)

If you ready to experience customer services rudeness, this is the place to be, without an intention to mention any personnel names in particular there is a lot that should be improve on the person to person level, no mention the lack of nice courtesy that should prevail as a golden rule for customers regardless of who you are. Next time be nice.

Christina and Dee went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of and got everything printed that I needed. I will certainly be coming back.

Employee said she could not scan a pre printed shipping label because she couldn't see the bottom of the bar code. The label was already on the box. Obviously doesn't know how a bar code works. FedEx should at least educate their employees on how their tools work.

Needed to drop off package but staff informed me that they have closed the system. It was an hour before closing and they told me to try again tomorrow.
