Reviews aren't lying. I'm standing around for 10-15 min with a box while they are helping helpless people. I just need to drop it off yo but they can't even handle that. I wouldn't trust leaving packages with them. I walked out.

Don't go to this fedex inside Office Depot. Waste of time. They refuse to scan and print labels even though those are the instructions provided in the email. Unhelpful staff.

FedEx in Office Depot. They cannot print their own FedEx labels. You need to bring one in preprinted. Waste of a stop and time.

This fed ex ship site is in an Office Depot. They have no idea how to ship things with FedEx. I waited for 40 minutes while 4 customers who arrived after me were helped, had to enter the shipping information twice, and still they couldn't figure out how to ship my packages (normal boxes, residential address, nothing complicated). I had to leave and go to a different store to ship packages.It's a bad sign when the employee asks where's the shipping label? If you need service like getting a shipping label printed, go to an actual FedEx location!

Don't ever come here for FedEx services. No one is helpful or works here. They just stand around looking lost or chatting with friends. Wish FedEx wouldn't put their Onsites at businesses like Office Depot. No professionalism & just Office Depot workers here making easy money standing around twirling their heads.
