Representative’s manager totally ignored my request for help returning a product. Representative was not trained enough and didn’t have accurate knowledge on how to return a product.

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I went into this location to drop off a package for my boss, we have an account with FedEx and use Airbill (although we are reconsidering our account now). I walk in I'm not acknowledged at all, not even a look over. I say I'm dropping this package off and the lady says you can just leave it there. I'm like do I get a receipt? She finally looks over after clearly being bothered by having to interact with a customer and says yes you can take the top copy. It's whatever I leave and move on about my day.I check the status of my package online with the tracking number and nothing is showing up under the tracking number so I call the location and I get the same lady that was there the day before (I could tell by her attitude and hatred in her voice). I simply asked if she could find the order another way then the tracking number and she snaps back no, I said that's interesting because I called a wrong location before calling you and the lady went out of her way to help me with no luck, she huffed and said that I needed to call customer service, I asked for the number and she reads it off to me like I'm a complete idiot she goes "It's 1-800-gofedex that's g o f e d e x as if I don't know how to spell it (all with attitude mind you). So I call the number and can't get a person, so I call her back and ask if there's a number where I could speak with a person she then puts me on hold for 8 minutes and a gentleman picks up very nicely asks how he could help. He transferred me immediately.After I got off the phone with customer service, I looked up the reviews of this location on the FedEx website and noticed a bunch of terrible reviews for an employee named Sky. So I call back to ask her name and sure enough surprise surprise it's Sky.I honestly cannot comprehend how this lady still has a job with all the terrible reviews she has. The fact that it's happened so many times and she still has a job makes me question the management running this location. Yes people have bad days but that is not the case here and she needs to be retrained or fired. I'm sorry that she clearly hates her life or job but that shouldn't be taken out of the customers.I've reported the lovely Sky to corporate, so we shall see if they care enough to reach out to me.

We had a delivery today 2 large bags of dog food, plus car parts. The delivery of items were over $400.The delivery man came to the house And dropped both large packages in the front yard. There was a clear path to the front door so why the packages were dropped in the front yard is Ridiculous. Yes let's leave 2 large pkges right on the wide open for EVERYONE to See !Very Careless. Thanks fedex!Very Disappointed

Horrible staff there's a young lady with straight hair who's very intimidating she looked like she would explode and probably punch me in the face if I didn't give her the answer she wanted, I had no idea what I was doing since it was my first time using FedEx. Probably the worse experience I ever had, that was not customer service that was straight up bullying. PLEASE CHECK YOUR STAFF.

I'm giving these guys 5 stars because they DON'T have you fill out an entire order form (your name, address, email, and phone number) just to have binding done. (Unlike the Office Depot just north of here). Good policies keep good businesses open.

I just want to let y'all know that I ordered something and FedX the company you work with to deliver things is SO TERRIBLE. I needed my package for a birthday tomorrow and they tried 3 times to deliver it when I was AT WORK and they now said they are sending it back to you and I won't get my money back for another 15 days. First of all y'all need to work with a company that delivers packages not during work hours. EVERYONE WORKS. I tried calling fedex to tell them I won't be home and they were very rude and said well there's nothing we can do. Now I have to wait to get my money back and can't even buy my husband another gift because it was so expansive I have to wait for the money to come back. I am VERY disappointmented on how all of this worked out. You would think when you are spending $300 plus dolors on something you could get your package.

Late delivery, FedEx charged for a 1 day delivery, delivered in 2 days. The receiver no longer at location. FedEx don't refund. Requested FedEx to retrieve package immediately to return, FedEx has no urgency to retrieve item and return to me, estimating 5 to 7 days after requested to expedite. Costing me money for their mistake, after paying for a 1 day delivery, it will take 5 -7 days to return. Don't recommend using FedEX for 1 day delivery. Will report to BBB, paid for 1 day which was $5 more than 2 day.

The people were really rude. Each time I go the workers are being very lazy and they never help. It's almost as if no one there wants to work. The place would be empty and it take them at least 10-15 minutes to print a r e c e I p t like come on i know they don't take that long to print!

I placed an online order to be picked up at this location. When I arrived to pick up my order I realized I had placed it incorrectly. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. He corrected my order while I waited, at no extra charge to me. Thanks so much.

I have my own business and just moved from out of state! Mel was extremely helpful and even packages my items for me. I am grateful I have found another fed ex location so close to home!!!

I have used this place now multiple times for printing service, scanning service and obviously (domestic) shipping. They demonstrate some good customer service. Besides the employee operated scanning and printing you can also do this yourself, there's a whole "do it yourself" area. Small shop for office supplies and access to computers is also possible. If you want to ship something make sure you bring an ID. There maybe lines during peak times so not recommend to show up 15 minutes prior to closure. I will update this review with more details as I am gaining more experience.

I have shipped from this location several times with success, but today I arrived at 7:55 to ship an important package and they had locked the door and closed already. I understand that employees want to get cleaned up and go home and I am usually very good about not coming at the last minute. However, the store hours are 8am to 8pm for a reason and it is very frustrating to scramble through the day, the rain and through traffic to ship a package just to find that they closed and locked their doors early for their convenience. This really has me considering moving me account from FedEx to another shipping company.
