Be careful - if staying at the Marriott, these FedEx scumbags intercept your mail, and you are forced to pay them a handling fee.
Worse - if they are not open or simply not paying attention, the delivery gets rejected.
I never consented for FedEx to receive my mail, which was addressed to my name and room number at the marriott. They have no right to intercept my mail and then demand a ransom is paid.
The jerk was super smug about it.
After complaining to the Marriot, they agreed to refund the charges from FedEx.

Just pick another location. I was referred here since their Express shipments have not yet been picked up. I brought a sealed box with a label already posted. They were charging $10 extra for "handling". As I was leaving to head to another location, they started giggling. I looked back to see them stare at each other and just burst out laughing. Not professional.

Very expensive. Walk 8 minutes to ‘Crest Print’ and print within the hour for 1/5th of the price

Was in town for an event and we were at the convention center. This location isn’t large but it’s open on Sundays, very convenient location on second floor of the Marriott across the street from the convention center, and the employees were so helpful. The day I was there (Sunday), I went in about 30 mins before closing (sorry!!) but the worker there was helpful and was working hard to finish print projects for a few other event/marketing professionals like myself trying to finish last minute projects for the main event the next day at the stadium. They stayed after close to finish the print projects that were in progress before closing. Thank you!!

Had a small prepaid FedEx express shipment and still charged to drop it off. Take small boxes to drop box if possible.

I was here at 7 am to print. Nobody was here after I left at 7:25 am despite the public hours posted: open from 7 am to 7 pm. Luckily, one of the hotel guest used their card to open the door (which has 24/7 access). the copy/printer machine worked. I wouldn't recommend this place, but I was able to print by shear luck.

This location was supposed to open at 7:00 am for full service and I waited until 7:05 and it still was not open! I was late to a meeting because of this and still didn’t get to ship my package like I needed to.

I lost too many package by FedEx. Unfortunately, drivers don't drop the packages, and no one is responsible.

Came to Houston for a big event a week or two ago and needed to make some printed. Ended up having over 1000 pages that needed to be printed from my flash drive. I called ahead to make sure that they would be able to have everything done there, and the man on the phone assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. When I arrived, I began printing my files from the self serve machine. I got through a few documents before I got to the largest one, a 400 page mammoth that ended up crashing their machine. Rather than being upset, Jerome took the drive behind the counter and manually printed that file as well as the remaining files. While some would be mad, Jerome was not. He was engaging in friendly conversation about my time on the road and how he used to travel for work as well. When the almost-full-ream beast finished printing, he offered to bind it for me. As I saw it was approaching closing time, I said it wasn't necessary and I didn't want him to stay past closing. He assured me it wasn't an issue and bound the document, which made my boss very very happy. The truth is, the service Jerome provided me made my life much easier, and for that I am very grateful. His kindness, willingness to help, and desire to have a conversation is something that more people should learn from.
