Earlier this morning I was in an absolute panic trying to print a required receipt for a major exam. The internet was down at my house due to a storm, and with less than an hour until my test, I was scrambling to find a FedEx that was open.
I called ahead and spoke with Ricardo, and honestly, he was the calm in the storm. I was stressed, emotional, but Ricardo stayed on the phone with me the entire time, helping me navigate where to go and how to find the FedEx location inside the hotel. He was patient, kind, and reassuring telling me everything would be okay. That meant more to me than he probably realizes.
Thanks to him, I was able to print my documents, make it to the testing center just in time, and sit for my exam. Ricardo’s compassion and excellent customer service turned a nightmare morning into a successful day. I’m so grateful!

During a particularly busy time, when their staff was swarmed after a huge convention next door, they still all managed to be extremely helpful, fast, and friendly. A++ and sincere thanks to the whole team!

I came here only after walking from another location that was closed. When I arrived I was told there were fees just to send and pick up items. Then I was advised I needed to have a FedEx account or provide license to ship items. I did not ship items and in fact decided to keep my money. This experience was terrible.

Charged me a delivery fee for a package I already paid for and had no say in them handling it. When I have a package sent to my house I don't pay more to pick it up off my porch. 10/10 don't recomend. I paid fedex for overnight delivery to my hotel room and then was told that all packages had to go to them and it was a charge for the handling and that they could have it delivered to my room. I asked why would I want that when I was told I had to come here to get it by the front desk. They did not have much to say to that. So much for ANY hospitality in the lone star state.

Can tell this store is managed very poorly would take a strong look at who is in the building.. Unprofessional to say the least. Location is the only thing going for it.

If you aren't shipping business avoid, they charge a 4 dollar+ fee just to scan.

I used this Fedex office for pre and post conference shipping and I had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable pre-visit to what the holding fees would be, and were quick with the amount of people that were in the small store. Jesse and Shawn assisted me in shipping things out post conference and were efficient, patient, and kind. Thank you so much especially during such a hectic time!

I came in with a pre-package, pre-paid package that already had a shipping label on it. All I needed to do was drop it off.
They tried to charge me a handling fee of $10 to pick up my package off the counter and move it to the pick up Bin.

BEWARE SCAM. We ordered a poster to be printed here for an absurd price of 180$ online. They called us to tell us they do not have a printer and sent us 30 minutes away by car. The price online for this other place is 70$. We will be disputing the charge.

Drove here to mail a prepaid package. Clerk tells me it is $10 for a convince fee. The only convince I had was walking around the hotel to figure out the fedex office is on the 3rd floor.

Had a terrible experience. I went to print some files and printer did not work but it still showed that I will be charged $4.67. When I checked my bank account I saw that they charged me $10. I wanted to print receipt so that I can show it to the staff member it did not even print the receipt. When I talked to the staff member she said the manager will get back to me but never did. Do not recommend using this place for your printing needs.

Estuve dentro de la oficina por 15 minutos. Nadie me atendió. Hubiera podido llevarme algo sin que nadie dijera nada. Es increíble que una compañía tan conocida como FedEx no sea formal con el horario. Si no tienen personal por qué no cierran la puerta con seguro o ponen un letrero de cerrado. Me hicieron perder el tiempo sin contar que como no hay estacionamiento libre tienes que pagar por ello.
