I walked in and a lady with light brown hair put a form in front me that had to do with having a legal ID and it was in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish. I wish I could. Without even opening my mouth, she assumed I was there for something else, etc. She continued to be rude and dismissive until I asked someone else to help me. Shame on you for being racist! Will never go there again!

On multiple occasions we've relied on the FedEx location at Rice Village to help us get time sensitive documents when and where they needed to be, and they've always been exceptionally patient and helpful.Today was a little bit different. My wife needed to get some very specific designed and printed materials made, and because of various overlapping commitments she was unable to handle this in person and needed to trust me (her husband).When I arrived at the Rive Village location the station manager listened to my long, complicated, and jumbled delivery of preferences and needs I was trying to recall that my wife had shared. Mr. Anjum responded in the most calming manner, "Not a problem, not only can we easily make that happen, I have a few options that might improve what you are trying to accomplish." WOW! He was absolutely correct.Less than 30 minutes later my wife had not only been impressed that I sent her aesthetic options, but also used terms like "glossy or matte" and explain the pros and cons of each. I looked like a superstar, but really it was Mr. Anjum the station manager.When I looked at his badge it said he'd been with FedEx since 1995, and given the ease with which he moved through visual and printing options with me, it was apparent that not only was he knowledgeable and skilled, but that he really did want to help me solve my problem.I definitely walked out of the shop feeling a deep sense of gratitude for the staff at the Rice Village location, but also a sense of joy at watching someone who cared deeply about helping me get it right.With appreciation and gratitude,Gordon CenterHouston, Texas

Without the excellent assistance of Audrey with Suzy providing backup this would have been a frustrating experience. My photos did not have the quality for a canvas print so Audrey patiently sorted through the options—otherwise I would have left and gone to Walgreens. Audrey explained what I needed to do to get the best results for my custom Mother’s Day gift, which made it extra valuable that she cared about my satisfaction. After I made the changes she suggested, Suzy provided more technical assistance that would further my optimal result. I am grateful that Audrey has superb customer service skills and cares about making her customers smile. She made the difference between a high degree of satisfaction and losing a customer. It is a joy to still meet employees who care about excellence. I asked was she the Manager. She said she wasn’t. That is even more extraordinary!! Additionally, my order was completed in record time. I appreciate Audrey and Suzy—two Stars!!⭐️⭐️

I felt bad posting this but I do want to warn the others. I have a lamination work that was done here but the edge was done poorly. The staff told me that the only way to solve this was to trim the edge of the paper but why should I trim my diploma for a bad work? Furthermore, they only reply to you once and then ignore you completely.

First, they do not finish their job properly. Second, they do not listen to your issues. And third, they only reply to you once and then they just ignore the client. For those aforementioned reasons, I think one star is reasonable.

Went to FedEx Office to ship a fragile model and some mail. They knew right away what I needed and set me up in an organized and professional manner.

They overcharged me for shipping by $20. Be careful about the package dimensions the FedEx staff input into their computer to calculate shipping costs. I walked into the store and selected a FedEx box of known dimensions and packed my item - in store - in the box so that it was tightly sealed shut. The box remained true to its size. I am absolutely sure that the clerk accidentally input the wrong measurement for the package dimensions when calculating the shipping cost, increasing it by an inch. When I looked at the receipt the next business day and noticed the overcharge, I went back to the store to request a refund for the overcharged amount. The store manager tried to come up with an excuse about the shipped package's measurements. I pointed out that the FedEx box was purchased from that store, that the dimensions of the box were stated next to the price of the box on the receipt they gave me, and that those measurements did not match the shipped package's measurements, which used that box. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and refunding me the difference, I was told "next time check the measurements we enter into the computer before you pay." Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be coming back again, and I will be filing a dispute online.

This is by far the BEST FedEx Office Print & Ship Center! I place print orders every 4-6 weeks during my work trips to The Med Center. I wish I could give 6 stars to the exceptional service I reach each and every time from Suzy (FedEx representative). Her attention to detail is unmatched! Suzy is the printing and design expert and provides help on all of my projects! High quality work with fast turnaround. For all of us who work on the go and have lots to juggle visit this location on Rice Village and ask for Suzy!

I feel very bad doing this because Ms.Audrey was such a fantastic person and made up for what Suzy did but what Suzy did was completely unacceptable. All I had was one question about fitting my items in the proper box to ship and if I could take a picture of the items in the box before she sealed them. She didn’t acknowledge me the whole time, proceeded into making a box added stuffing and sealed the box when I insisted to take a picture of them items before sealed. She instead got attitude and threw the box towards me just completely very rude. Audrey was fantastic, knowledgeable and respectful.

They did not answer their phones. I called four times and no one answered. They took three unflattering passport photos. They kept deleting the passport photos so I didn’t have a choice. On the website, it said that I could complete my expedited information for my passport and mail it from FEdEx but I couldn’t. They said that I had to go to the post office. It’s after 5 pm so that won’t work today.

So rude. I have witnessed them being nice and extremely rude. I would not do business here after what I've seen and experienced. You just never know whether your going to get reason service. Fortunately there's an excellent UPS store in the next block.

I needed to make copies of our wills etc. When I walked in, I was greeted right away. Ali did the copying for me. He was nice, and efficient. He had my order done and boxed up within a few minutes!
