Thieves!!!! I shipped sunglasses when I checked the status, my package was undeliverable because the box was empty! It was sealed with secured with shipping tape. Empty??? STAY AWAY from this thieving store!

I guess today was a day the employees wanted to leave early. At this location it shows close at 6. Myself and another customer came to this location. With the door locked at 5:57. When the time rolled to 6 that's when the employees made themselves visible from behind the counter to put up the closed on Sunday sign. with her airpods in, trying so desperately hard to avoid eye contact with us customers. If there's an update in time that needs to be posted, please do so. If locking the doors before the time it states closing hours, employees, ask your boss for that time off. You don't know what's a person reason for being so close to your closing time to get there. You're there to service people in need of FedEx. Thank you.

I placed an order for a large poster print-out; availability changed from morning, to 11 am, to before 1pm. I missed my company's poster session due to the delay. If the store does not have a printer big enough, why not just tell me when I inquired about the printing, so that I could order at the appropriate FedEx. I will be discouraging my company and colleagues to print from FedEx next time.

Similar experience as Annie. The lady may not like people, want to be friendly, etc but - it’s a customer facing job. I’ll be going to UPS in the future.

The associate helping me was extremely unprofessional, rude, and either needs more training on the job or has to find another job. I could send a derogatory tone in her voice. She was very blunt and answering my questions. I was here to print some papers out and she completely let me struggle for like 30 minutes until she came up to the machine and tried helping me and that was after her questions. I’m sure the manager was present in the office because I’ve seen him here before the fact that neither him or the associate didn’t want to help me a lot about the store and FedEx itself. UPS and USPS just down the street and I don’t mind taking my business there cause it’s money for me to spend anywhere. The only reason I chose FedEx was because the label shipping that I was provided by my recipient was for FedEx. The associate was a female African-American. I’m sure you know who she is. At one point during my time at the store I heard her arguing with other non-African-American clients but not with a Female of her color and she was greeted in a very pleasant tone with very good words and at the end of transaction thanked very nicely as well. As for me, when I shipped the package with that employee, and again that was the only employee present in the office besides the manager, The associate simply said “hmm” When I thanked her at the end. This is my second Similar experience at the store. Last time the manager did reach out to me and I had brought up my concerns which were similar, but I guess nothing was done because it happened again. I can always go to USPS or UPS.

Had an event in Houston at NRG stadium and needed some same-day banners and a few other printing projects. Kevin was so gracious and helpful and managed to handle all of the items I needed done along with juggling all of the other customers that came in. A friendly atmosphere and welcoming business, especially helpful being so close to the stadium.
