It is incredible, yet completely disappointing that a company like FedEx — which charges premium prices — offers such poor service.
I came in yesterday to send a package, followed the instructions to email the staff, and was told they couldn’t process the shipment because there was no internet service or the machines weren’t working. I waited over 40 minutes, then left and said I would try again the next day.
Today I returned… and the exact same problem: no service, no shipments possible because the scanners weren’t working, the computers were down, or they had no internet. I’m not sure what the issue is, but what’s clear is that the operations at this location are unacceptable.
It’s unbelievable that a company of this scale has such weak infrastructure and staff unable to provide even basic solutions. There’s no way to rely on this office.
Avoid this location. There’s never any service, nothing works. Save yourself the time, stress, and frustration. Don’t waste your day like I did.

Patricia at this FedEx location was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal! we were working on getting items printed for my wedding. Our out of towner welcome letter and schedule came out great. She put in the extra time with us to get our programs scheduled because the copy I had made things seep through and the electronic copy got oddly cut off. She kept her cool, helped us with a huge smile on her face even though we were having frustration. Her customer services and personality made the experience that much easier.

I asked a team member who was tall and dark to help me to create an overnight shipping label. He helped me with a completely wrong label. The important package with my passport and visa were not delivered the next day, it was delivered three days later. It caused me to miss my booked flight to go see my dying dad who had days left. I HATE FedEx. Hope karma gets that guy at this location!

National football fantasy note print outs. Home computer out of ink. FedEx between home and ink store. Problem with FedEx copy machine file reader. Assistant made free color copies. I offered to pay. Showed him my original Kinkos copy card.

It might be unusual to give a review for a local FedEx but this is my local FedEx and they are always nice and thorough. Major shout out to Akiko ok site that got my printing job done in record time! Thanks Team FedEx, the staff here is doing thier job!

Super fast and friendly. It's an easy in and out except for the construction going on but that's no fault of theirs. And it's temporary. I love how you can scan your labels and avoid any line but there usually isn't much of one and I'm there frequently.

Was at the office at 5:20 on a Saturday and they even had the open sign still up in the window but all the doors wete locked and lights were off despite them not closing until 6.
