I just have to say wow, very good customer service. Employees were extremely handy eventho I already had a label they were able to help me scan my package and gave me clear instructions! 6 stars to this location 👍🏻

Friendly staff, as I was greeted right when I walked in clean facilities while organized the copier and the cutting blade to cut papers worked well decently clean bathrooms

Karen was so helpful. She greeted us when we walked in, and she was assisting me every time she got a chance, I didn't even haft to ask her. Wow. Please hire more people like her !!!! This was while I was using the self service kiosk. The ship and go is a new awesome feature, to fed ex off as well, it helps people get thru faster

What tha!! I went to this location and wanted to send ONLY TWO PIECES OF PAPER SIGNED TO MEXICO. The lady was charging me 200.00 👀👀👀 WHAT IN THE WORLD!😡😡😡 ! Two sheets that hardly weigh anything!!! Plus the lady was super rude!! DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION EVER!!! Worse place ever!!

Will not be using them again. They printed my documents wrong and refused to give a refund because they “could not verify the print was wrong” even though I had clear proof.

Very courteous staff but was charged 3.99 to add filler to my box because the package was shaking inside, never heard of something like this. Hopefully this money will end up going to increase the drivers salaries
