I had to print two giant folders and it was my first time. Nyoka was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. She helped us through every step where we got stuck. So glad I came to this fed ex office. Thank you Nyoka, you are a gem!

Returned my packages without waiting the full 5 days to return to sender. Never gave me a courtesy call, despite my number being boldly written on the package by the sender. They just returned it on the 4th day despite their policy being they only hold packages for “5 days”. Workers are rude too

I just had a really bad experience. The person on the front desk was very mean and called me stupid because I requested after making the label if we could add sign at receipt. It might be obvious for him but not for everybody and if I wanted a cheap or bad service I could have gone to USPS. Terrible service!!!!

Clean and well-organized FedEx location with a wide range of services. The staff was helpful and professional—especially when I needed assistance with printing. It can get a little busy during peak times, but overall the experience was smooth and efficient. A solid spot for shipping, printing, or getting documents handled.

Oh my god so rude l asked for help four times because am waiting for code but the machine won’t give one so there am for 30 min waiting and they all standing around doing nothing no did anything but one said well you have to for the code or we can printed inside for extra money and walked away didn’t even give a chance to answer yes or no but it’s I so never go back and never 👎 recommend this place you better off some where else that respect the customer horrible service

Troy is the best. He is more knowledgeable than most FedEx employees I’ve encountered. I planned on paying a specific amount to ship an item. Instead of Troy saying “Ok” and letting me pay that amount, he found several pricing/delivery options that lowered the price while still meeting my needs.

Don't ask them to pack anything. The packing people are the absolute worst. I shipped an expensive server and stressed to them several times how expensive it was and that I would pay for good packing and it needed to be done properly. I've shipped similar servers at another location and they put this expanding foam around it. This place ,, the way they packed it, it was loose in the box with some random styrofoam, painters tape and bubble wrap. It was just flopping around in the box. Completely bent all 4 corners of the server and it may be ruined. I've opened a case with Fedex but I'm sure they won't do anything. I should have watched them pack it but they assured me it would be fine. I'll never use this location again the people here are too dumb to pack a box properly.

This is the worst FedEx I have ever been to. Do not print anything here. Paper stock is garbage and $.71 a page? Staff only interested in knowing how long they have until closing time. I have not been in a place where 80 percent of staff dialog is about getting off. Extremely disappointed in the color print quality, the associated cost and the vibe. You've been warned.
