horrible customer service, didn’t greet or ask if i needed help. i actually had to yell to the back to get help. employees saw and heard me walk in and still didnt acknowledge me. never going back here.

I came 3 times to pick up 100 printed cards I had to mail and they still didn’t get it right. The 1st time, the cards were super small, smaller than a business card when they were supposed to be postcard size. The 2nd time I came they only had 55 of 100 done & they packed them up that way. When I asked about the rest, they said the manager would have to do them the next morning. I came back a 3rd time and the remaining cards were ALL crooked and cut wrong. I couldn’t keep a single one. A worker finally reprinted them while I waited but it delayed my mailing of these cards. Never trusting them with an order again.

I sent a package that ended up with the wrong address (which was only missing one letter in name of the street name) Literally NO ONE would help me! I called the fedex number, they needed some account number which I don’t have an account, they told me to go to the stor. I go to the store where they ignored me and refused to help me. I will never use FedEx again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came here on a Saturday afternoon. It was a little busy but Will, the employee at the moment, was able to handle all of the customers. Nobody waited in line more than 1 minute and his charismatic personality and professionalism made my visit very pleasant.

This place deserves no stars. Waited in line for 10-15 mins to drop off a package on 9/16/2024 I wanted to personally give it to an employee since it’s an iPhone that needs to be shipped back to apple. After I was next nobody else was in line and I told the employee working there I was dropping off a package and she told me to use the kiosk. I told her I wanted a receipt. Again she kept insisting that I just drop it off at the kiosk that it’ll give me a receipt as well. Next day comes and there is no movement on the package. Called on 9/17/2024 multiple times over and over again until someone picked up. They put me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back again. After that they would just pick up not say a word and put me on hold. I kept calling until someone finally answered and was able to help me out. They said the package was still there and I would get an update around 5pm once it leaves. It’s now 9/18/2024 and still no update or info about the package. I drove over there at 9am and asked if I can just pick up my package and take it to another fedex location since it’s not moving here and I’ll be charged over $1000+ if it doesn’t get there in time. Two days have passed and it’s still the same info online when I try to track it. Employee didn’t bother checking for me just straight up told me it’s not here it’s gone. I said then why does the system say I still have the package she said I know it’s not here it’s gone how would she know if she hasn’t checked. It was still there yesterday. She ignored me after that and never bothered to check. Worst experience ever.

Terrible customer service! I use fed ex often but this location is trash. The guy with the locs needs more CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!

Always locked even thought store hours say open. Best to go mid morning. Otherwise they will close hours. Both customers and delivery drives have been locked out and left waiting.

I want to apologize to the associate working today for stopping by. It was evident that she hated customers and they're an inconvenience for her. It would have been nice to have some assistance with my issue, but I understand she only "works" there and isn't tasked with anything that happens beyond her desk. Again, very sorry for patronizing your business.
