FedEx freight initially delayed then “lost” my shipment. When I called they indicated it’d been delivered but something wasn’t right. Eventually they identified the package as lost but found it a few hours later. All in all the package was delayed 2 days beyond its estimated delivery date but it was hard to get an answer on where my package was.

Got here at 5:50 pm to drop two pallets of for shipping was told at 6:05 it be a couple minutes still waiting at 7:15 very poor customer service

Had to call 2 times to get someone out for my pickup. It took 45+ minutes to get 1 small pallet brought out. If that is the best that they can do they need to take 2 weeks off and quit.
