I hate fedex they always say they made an attempt to delivery my package and the stupid driver never even comes to my floor with his lazy self ! They have crackheads driving for their route. Please get some actual people that want to work! They took me out the system too.

I've been waiting for FedEx to pick up 2 packages for a week now. The packages weight 100 lbs each and are difficult for me to continue to move in and out of my garage. I made a huge mistake ordering a TV stand from Wayfair that has came broken twice and need to be shipped back. I have spoken with countless number of employees and mangers that schedule another pick up after another pick up. If you live in the Montrose area do not order large items online because if for any reason you need to return them you will have a very frustrated time. This is the first time I've ever shopped Wayfair or had to use FedEx and it will be the last. Both companies have been difficult to work with and blame each other.

I never in my life had faced of someone making up false excuse of lies just to run my background. I felt offended and discriminated, the HR lady Jessica Byrd is not professional at doing her job. This huge meatball humiliated me in front of others and instead of letting me know of the made up fake situation in private. Yet, she wasted my time by just being there and wasn't informative with no clarification and kept me on going with the process. At this point I'm thinking she must of been going through a mental stage and maybe forgot to take her medication. This was ridiculous and she could have just sent me home way before instead while I waited on the bleachers. I even left a message and haven't received a call back of why was this a trouble to her. This was also the 2nd time at this same location that this has happened to me by this same HR person. Never again I would try at this same place for employment since it scarred me mentally in this hard times that I'm going through

Been working at this location for over a year and I really enjoy it.Friendly staff, hard-work. They gave out free hotdogs and soda after July4th.Staff is friendly and does there best, People do not seem to understand working for a warehouse is going to be hard sometimes.All the complaints for this warehouse are probably from people who have never worked warehouse before.

Well think this is a problem with fedex customer service more so then this delivery center but the fact is my package is sitting there and its there responsibility to get it to me. So far first attempt made on a Thursday wasnt delivered because I wasnt there to receive the package, driver gets in contact with me i answer and tells me he can drop it at the nearest walgreens. I go to the walgreens end of the day and its not there. Check the status and try to manage the package there myself and webpage tells me hazardous materials cant sit at pickup, fine I call up fedex to let them know i dont get home till 6:30. The next 2 attempts are made at 1:30 in the afternoon. Now ive tried calling today and the best they can do now is have me personally pick it up

Terrible. Awful. Incompetent. Poor communication. Unreliable.I've had the same residential address for years. All carriers - except for FedEX - delivery to it reliably. I've had FedEX packages delivered not only to the wrong condo in the complex, but the wrong complex and not only the wrong complex, but a complex not even in the same zip code. My current problem is "business is closed". Seriously! It's a residential address easily searchable on any maps app. The package is "hopefully" being delivered a Walgreen's some distance from me - even though several are nearer. I don't know if it is FedEX or driver incompetence. Either way avoid residential deliveries from FedEX if possible. Friends share similar experiences with me. When I call to find out why I did not receive my package I am initially treated as if it is my fault. The poor help desk gets slammed for driver/warehouse incompetence. DON'T USE FEDEX!!!!FedEX does not provide a transcript of online communications - meaning that the customer does not know what happens after the call. I called about a delivery issue and thought it was resolved until I called again and discovered that someone had changed the delivery to a Walgreen's without letting me know. The driver called while I was in the shower, left a garbled message and no way to call them back.06MAY22 - updateI’ve updated to three stars. two managers contacted me directly and personally delivered a package. they even have their cell numbers. a vast improvement over previous experience. further, deliveries made since that disastrous experience above have been on time and without issue.i’m giving this a wait and see approach. as time goes on and if things improve, i will adjust my rating.
