When I went to pick up my package the service was fast there were two ladies that helped me and were about to help me take my package out to my car due to me having my 1 year old daughter with me but then a women which I believe was the manager started yelling at the ladies saying their not suppose to help and don’t take the dolly outside and saying they were doing everything wrong. The way she was speaking to them was embarrassing and inappropriate. When I walked in I thought to myself wow it’s so peaceful and quiet this seems like a good job but then the manager started yelling at the employees and talking to them like they were dumb. That’s when I changed my mind. That manager (women) needs more training in the way you treat your employees! She (manager) also mentioned I should’ve parked my car side ways I had no problem with that I was going to move it when I got the package to the door not just leave my car in front of parking. The way she said for me to park my car wasn’t even to me she said “she needs to park on the side anyway” with the disgusting attitude she had with her beautiful employees. She definitely should’ve left whatever she had going on to cause the attitude at the door i would hate to work for her.Overall I got my package and the customer service from the two ladies that were trying to help me were amazing.

The service has been fantastic each time I come. One month ago, I needed the memorial printouts for my dad's funeral, and this was the only print shop that could do a print job for me within 48 hours. I was so stressed: there wasn't enough time to order anything online, and other shops in the area couldn't do exactly what I needed. But I came here, and the ladies at this shop really know what they're doing. They priced it, estimated it to the penny, got to work, and delivered it early! Since then, I have been using their services for shipping, and I rather drive out of my way to come here. Every team member I have interacted with has many years of experience (some 2 decades!), so you know the job will be done right each time!

I ship product at fedex everyday in 12 different states with an account number. This facility lied and said they couldn’t pack my shipment because it was 8 minutes after 4:30. Had to drive 30 minutes away to go to another fedex to ship. He told me there is no time for them to stop packing. I already knew this. Don’t waste your time at this fedex, staff is lazy and cuts corners to not do their job.

I went today during my lunch break and Jessica was the sweetest, she helped me out to ship 3 different items. Store was nice and organized. Staff was friendly and working as quick as possible to get everyone in and out.

I have been going here for years and found the staff helpful. They have the means to finish any job I have had. I usually go when not in a hurry since it can be a popular place at times. I like being able to complete what I need done or turn to those behind the counter. My only complaint is I miss their old hours but it's understandable to need to scale back.

Yall don't read the address on your packages and this is happening too often with you guys, I put the address, my phone number, and even the name of the complex and you still managed to mess up my order without calling my phone, sending a confirmation email of drop off time and place. You had enough time to take a photo of the drop off but not enough to read where your supposed to put it, if there was a way to give 0 stars I'd take the star rating completely off for my review because your repeat offenders that won't even bring the package to the correct address even after the company that I ordered from called and TOLD you that you dropped it off at the wrong place.

Waste of time and money. I went here to print and ship some documents. Their printing pc slow and not working properly. Zero knowledgeable people.Avoid this place, there is public library near to this go there for printing.

This is by far the absolute worst location you could visit that has the Fedex name. Whether its the attitude received from the staff when they seem so bothered by your presence there to do business or the simple fact that no one ever shows any need to try and handle customer needs in a timely manner. It's just a complete and utter failure all around. The worst is the employees insistence to know exactly what is in my package despite fedex and every shipping companies only requirement to know if something is liquid, perishable or potentially hazardess. There is no need to specify contents only to aknowledge it meets the requirements. I have tried many times and they have simply failed to take care of me too many times. Ill make the extra drive to go tdirect to the hub. I urge anyone that needs fedex to do the same.

That lady Jessica at the front she need more training, big companies like the one I work for pay a lot of money to have a contract so we can ship and receive our parts for work. But this lady insisted on selling me a box to repackage my part that I was returning to my company, never had an issue with any of my boxes for 5 year until I met this lady, I explained to her what company I work for and the contract we have and she didn't care.

Keep away from Karen, is very rude and she lacks training not only in customer service but in basic international shipping information, the worst of all she is the manager of the store..
