This has been the worst experience in my life. It’s been past 20 days and I still have not received my package. I called because the status keeps saying delayed. The lady was so rude over the phone and she implied that she knew what was in my package. Then she says that it was sent back to the send. The next person I speak with tells me that the package is at this location and can be picked up that day or the next day. So I go to this location and the person tells me my package is not there. “It’s out for delivery” I’m still waiting for my package….

The lady are rude and racism to Hispanics and rude to customers fedex have done anything to fix the situation I’m demanding they should fix the problem it’s not our fault that drivers don’t take their time to deliver our things on the right place or without damaging and the front desk are the same rude

Now I have to drive an hour for my package, because there was a delivery attempt that they never made. I've been at home waiting all day and no one has knocked on my door. It's lie after lie and then you get to the FedEx location and the service is terrible and very reluctant. This is not the first time this has happened to me. So many people cannot be equipped

This hub has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. The driver from this hub claimed my package was not deliverable due to wrong address. Verified with the agent that the address was indeed correct and was supposed to delivered 4 days ago. I’ve been told the past three days that’s it’s out for delivery each day and it’s never been delivered.

I was told that the driver attempted to deliver my package today at 3:26pm but no one was home…which was FALSE because I WORK FROM HOME! This is RIDICULOUS! I was at home all day and NOT ONCE did anyone knock on my door! Then, I drove to this location around 6:10pm only to be told that the driver will return to the warehouse at 8:05pm, which is after they close the lobby area, so I wouldn’t be able to stand inside, even if I was there before the doors close at 8pm! This location has very poor customer service and don’t consider the inconvenience that they cause the customers for falsely stating that they made an attempt to deliver a package…THAT THEIR DRIVER NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER!

Horrible horrible service. I’m waiting for my package for more than a week, they brought it two times in the morning while nobody was at home and because its signature required they took my t back. They were supposed to bring it one more time but didn’t. There is no supervisor and no one to answer me where the stupid package is.I hope I never have any business with FedEx.All they can say is I’m sorrySORRY WONT SALVE MY PROBLEM ?They don’t even deserve a star

Looks very new with ease of access to everything you need to quickly ship a package. You can also pick packages up here. Staff was extraordinary courteous, knowledgeable, proffesional, and friendly.Note they are a bit difficult to find since they are located in Walmart next to the money center. A GPS will direct you to the parking lotvwhere no building exists, but you just need yo enter rhe main Walmart building.Rehardless. this was most likely my best experience with FedEx.Note, these are FedEx employees and a FedEx facility, not a store that facilitated FedEx services so it's a certain notch above other shipping facilities.In my opinion it's much better than a UPS Store because they focus on one thing, FedEx shipping.If you need a money order, stamps, or a copy of something, Walmarts customer service is right next door, but you don't have these secondary services in the way of shipping like often found with UPS stores.It's strictly FedEx shipping and as a result you can get in and out quickly.

This FedEx is the most pathetic garbage I have ever seen. Drivers do not attempt delivery, customer service is worthless and can only leave messages with the dispatch who do nothing to solve the issue. My medication is two days late and the best they can do is tell me that the driver will attempt it again tomorrow which is the same excuse I got yesterday when I called about it. No accountability, worthless employees, lazy drivers. Nothing will change here because they have no reason to change.

The location is convenient, with access on the BW8 feeder road just past Gessner. Big lobby area and supplies for shipping at the counter. Can sometimes be slow service.

I wasn't around when the driver arrived at my door, and didn't hear the door bell the next day he came back. A nice lady called me to inform me my package was waiting for me, and that if i couldn't make it that day I could come the next day- I showed up, I got my package in less than a minute. The place was clean, there was no wait and there was available parking- including handicap parking and access. Thanks ?

When I was expected to receive a package, I was given a 4 hour window within which I will get the package on the FedEx website, and these idiots don't even deliver the package on time, inspite of me opting for FedEx express by paying $24. It's so frustrating!!!
