Zero stars. Worst customer service ever. Won’t be back nor recommend. Not sure of the woman’s name but she was short, heavyset with honey blonde hair. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience here, I won’t be back.

Rude staff. Acts like you don’t exist. Spend entire time talking and not helping anyone, I had tracking number for late package they refused check the tracking number in them system they asked me to do it by my self from my computer or phone, so stupid staff if I could do that why I wasted my time to visit your location and speech with rude employees, easily know this location have no manager or the manager more bad than his rude employees.
Always I prefer UPS but I had no control with shipper when he chose FedEx.

Absolutely wonderful team and excellent service! The sales reps were incredibly understanding and cooperative throughout the process. I needed my daughter’s graduation pictures printed on canvas, and not only did they enhance the images beautifully, but they also helped apply an online discount to make it more affordable. To top it off, they had the canvases ready in just one day! Truly awesomely incredible experience—highly recommended! 🌟🖼️👏

Rude staff. Acts like you don’t exist. Spend entire time talking and not helping anyone. Completely ignore any explanation as to why my time ran out or help me get a refund since I was unaware that the pre authorized amount does not let you add more tome. I had to rewrite my statement and then spent 50 dollars faxing. Huge scam of a place. Do not use then to fax any documents. Find a friend. Anyone is better than this place. If you want someone to help you this is not the place to go. If someone in main office would like further information I have no problem providing
Also, keyboard was filthy. Such a terrible experience
