A person named Jesse attended to me, he spoke to me arrogantly and made me look bad because I told him that I only spoke Spanish, but as soon as I entered the store a white person, perhaps an American, asked him how his day was and he even laughed out loud. He, and he continued to attend to me, Ami, did not thank me and did not respond when I said thank you to him, I felt discriminated against by him and he is also Hispanic.

Ron the Assistant Manager helped me today ship off some documents. He was fantastically upbeat and great to interact with. The whole staff seemed super positive overall and the interior of the building had a great and well maintained aura.

Khalid is RUDE. I stopped going to the location nearest my job (Meyerland) for this exact reason. Come in, say good morning. He just stands like a statue not saying anything. People that are not people-friendly should not accept customer service positions.

I would not recommend going to this FedEx if you are a disabled veteran or a person who has a problem using devices emails and certain things on your phone don’t come here looking for assistance because they are more interested in playing with each other and laughing I believe because of my appearance, and me, being young and black, and in shape, I think that it was less necessary to receive help and more necessary to receive sarcasm and rudeness And someone pointing at a sign, who is obviously training, but I believe the others here need to be trained as well. Maybe I should’ve came in here in a wheelchair and I would’ve got more help. Maybe if I would’ve came in here looking like I was 80 years old I would’ve got more help, but I finally was able to take care of this printing job after maybe 20 minutes For something that I could’ve been assisted within five minutes thank you for helping a veteran take care of some study tools, which, for some is a easy task, but for me can be very stressful, but in my true honest opinion a sign a box and a desk could’ve done you woman’s jobs I’m ashamed to say all of you look like me and unprofessional for there to be 4 people working here today I shouldn’t of had that problem

Staff is not helpful. All there xerox machine needs to load paper. When I told the black woman at the counter, she just told me go to the other machine.

Definitely recommend Ron at the back service desk.We were making multiple document copies and puzzling over several issues. Ron was at the service desk and assisted us with all our questions. He is always there when we stop by, always polite, pleasant and the most helpful worker who reaches out if someone has a puzzled look on their face. Thank you, Ron!

Extremely understaffed. Store full of customers and only 1 person working. Had to wait 40 mn just to ship of an envelope!!!

Closed with the open sign on at 7:15. Last time I missed FedEx pickup because self serve was not available. Always slow at this location. Indifferent employees.

I was on one of their printing computers for just a moment and my first color print came out streaked and discolored.The charge for 3-4 minutes on the computer and 1 failed color print was $7.00.They did give me a refund but that was after starting the refund then going to help two other customers and the did the refund in two parts telling at first that couldn’t give me the other part of my refund.They did refund, but this whole ordeal took over a half hour of my time and I have nothing to show for it but trouble.

This is just my go to fed ex to take care of printing or faxing needs. It's a busy area, but I can always get in and get out. People going there know what they're there to do. Staff is usually very attentive and helpful.
