Audrey is the rudest person I have ever come across in my lifetime. Never have I had an employee raise their voice to me and be so rude and condescending over a simple pick-up request for an online print order. Audrey needs not only a crash course in customer service but also in basic human dignity and respect.

Got to the store and we were told that the store is under maintenance so they closed 30 minutes earlier without any prior notice or signed by the door. It could’ve been more professionally handled rather than Customers getting to the store knowing they close at seven sharp.

Came here to send a box and use the fax , the lady here was impatient barely answers questions , didn’t even care to show us how to use the fax.. will never return to this place again .. ups is more friendly and cheaper

The lady that you guys have working on Friday morning. Is by far very extremely rude. Huffing and puffing as if I was saying something wrong. I was using my passport id card to ship off but was changing the name to my business name and address. I knew it could be done because I shipped multiple packages like that. Her response was “OMG” like I was doing something wrong. Her deliverance was terrible hopefully no one has to experience this. I just walked out and went to a different near by FEDEX

For some reason the FedEx website was not updating my tracking information at all on the day of my expected delivery. The next day I show up just to check if my package arrived or if someone can have a more accurate update. Audrey was really helpful at finding my package and it turns out it was at the store all along! I'm glad they were really nice about the whole thing and it didn't seem like I was bothering them. I'm confident in having my packages delivered here when they require a signature.

My friend and I went to this FedEx hoping they could help us print programs and several other things for a funeral that had to be planned quickly. The two women there, I believe their names were Kristalyn and Aubrey, were so so kind and so helpful. They helped us find the best option to print, expedited shipping for us and made the whole experience so much easier than we were expecting. Given the situation, it felt like such a blessing that they were so kind and helpful. Beyond appreciative of their customer service and kind heart! Give them a raise!

Absolutely terrible/ghetto service... very rude individuals at this location. It's unfortunate that "my own" people act this way. It's a dang shame!

I went to pick up a package on 4/12/2024 at around 12 PM - 12:30 PM and experienced terrible customer service! I walked in and there were two ladies one was obviously there to assist customers with printing services the other was there it appears to assist walk in customers not there for printing services. Once I entered I was not met with "Hi, how may I help you?" so they can understand what I'm there for. The employee walked to the back as if I was not there and continued walking around not assisting customers as if we were not there. It wasn't until I stated "Is someone going to assist me with picking up a package?" did I get a response. I returned the same energy given and I would not recommend any one hold a package here unless you want to deal with an attitude.

I think ‘Krystaline’ can do a better job greeting and treating everyone equally. This can be improved but needs to be but NEEDS to be pointed out and that’s what I am doing here. (It’s Monday morning and I have a lot planned this week so I am bringing my energy back up and move on to have an amazing week !!! Amen !!!)
