I think ‘Krystaline’ can do a better job greeting and treating everyone equally. This can be improved but needs to be but NEEDS to be pointed out and that’s what I am doing here. (It’s Monday morning and I have a lot planned this week so I am bringing my energy back up and move on to have an amazing week !!! Amen !!!)

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING TO THIS LOCATION!I honestly dislike myself for not reading the reviews and showing up to this location when I had another store near me just a few more minutes distance.well first starters I spend $50 on printing & I was there less than 20mins but I did print in color but still very overpriced. I was very upset cause that’s truly to overpriced and I was there less than 20mins.I wasn’t greeted, I went to the customer service to ask questions I informed the woman I was printing out before me there was already a lady asking so many questions & needed help. Some workers won’t understand there’s some people that are not TECHNICAL SMART. In the other hand I put money to my computer but it “ran out after printing” I don’t understand why I have to pay up front instead of the end. Office Depot was better you purchase at the end.Two. I had a question while on the computer I wish i could’ve gotten the gentleman name but he was being a smart mouth! While the lady at the beginning had problems continued nobody helped her out.At the end I needed a three hole puncher & the gentleman gave it to me LOCKED I couldn’t figure it out & waiting for someone to be FREE TO HELP YOU TAKES FOREVER.Thankfully Kristalyn was helping out the lady from the beginning and she saw me struggling & helped me out. She even told the gentleman to please unlock it when handing it to customers the gentleman smart talk to her too!There was two young people & they did not help at all in so irritated never ever going to a fedex store ever again especially after this experience.Kristalyn Was the only good outcome out of this but she wasn’t there most of the time. She did help the other lady though

Kristalyn -pseudo-intellectual, progressive/woke,uninformed, ignorant,void of home and work training,lazy and salty mouthed..If you have issues with USPS,take that up with your company's stakeholders,not customers..You are too old to be cutting people off in the middle of a conversation you started,you do that at home ...

I had an excellent visit to the store. The team helped me with selecting the right packaging, and kindly offered to rebox a package (I was using an old box labeled for alcohol - I didn’t realize that was a no-no). I had to make two trips that day, and the team was wonderful on both visits. Kristalyn is a star - exceptional customer service. Another customer forgot her credit card (left on counter); Kristalyn went out of search the parking lot, and then called her immediately to let her know. This store and the team, especially Kristalyn, are a fantastic representation of the FedEx brand!All packages made it to their respective destinations ahead of schedule!

Woman working at 6:10pm on 12/1/2023 could see my shipment but could not explain why they didn’t attempt to deliver it even though the website said they did, could not figure out how to refund the 10$ extra I paid to basically have it delivered on time, (most importantly!) could not figure out how to get the package in the near future, and could only recommend I call the overseas call center again to not get more information and help。 Then after all that she said she was proud to work for fedex ! Well。。。 that should tell you something about this office location and fedex in general. If you live in this area find another way to get your package!!

0 star not to the store but to Fedex company as whole!!! Delivered my package to the wrong house, then contacted fedex and they could not help what so ever or to get in contact with the driver.

These people are unprofessional and ghetto. One person will tell you one thing and the other associate will ta you different. They're never on the same accord. Which lets me know one or the other will lie to you about what services they have for the day. Don't know if it's out of laziness or what but they are always rude !! Even when you're polite.

I received excellent customer service yesterday for a very nice lady working by herself. I forgot to get her name but she was helpful and made sure I was happy with the printed copy I requested for my sons bday . 4-6-23 the time was right about 9am

I went in today to pick up a poster order that I was instructed to place online by the store manager after I watch her berate a customer last week for not placing a print order online. I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase and I expressed my concern, which cause the store manager to be passive aggressive rude and disrespectful. I was asked to resend the file in a different format, which I did several times. The rep then tells me the file was grainy and asked could I request a new one. I let them (store manager and rep) know I purchase the file on Etsy and I would. I also explained I would like to cancel the order and get a refund until I get a better quality. That’s when the store manager felt the need to raise her voice as if I was her child. Then I’m told she would need to call her boss to authorize the refund and she didn’t need me standing her face while she did so. I politely grab a card with the store info, walk out to my car and call the FedEx customer service number and explain the situation to them. The employee at customer service explained to me that ultimately the store manager determines if there is a refund given. Now it makes sense, she was rude and aggressive about me not liking the order because clearly the cancellation hits her store’s productivity in some shape, form or fashion… either that or her ego. Which is not my issue. Fast forward 7 minutes, customer service calls the store whileI’m on hold. The rep quickly comes back and says “They’re in the process of refunding that right now ma’am.” There is no reason for her to treat people this way and the fact that FedEx allows it is beyond me. I’m giving this experience one star because zero isn’t allowed. I frequented this store up until today and I’ve seen her berate customers and employees alike. I’ll stay away from now on and would highly advise you to as well if customer service or self respect is important to you!

Extremely rude lady working today - said she was the manager , never had this issue at this store, had to just leave the store and walk out and decided to go to Ana other store.

Store manager was rude and was on the phone with district about her system down. I asked if she could complete the order since I needed to go to another store if her system was down and I was on a time crunch. Rude again, she said of course when I get off the phone. Finally printed on regular paper when I asked for stock paper, and said she couldn’t do it since her system was down. I completely understand systems go down, but I would have gone to another location if she told me earlier. She also need an improvement on client communication.

Female staff member very ride and sarcastic. Unwilling to assist. kept making snide comments and found it funny that I did not know how to work the equipment (mind you I have never been to a FedEx kinkos before. I will not return!
